Everything was clean,fresh and up to date.

The place was very clean, decorated wonderfully, and quiet. Things were supplied as described and all in all it was GREAT!!!

The decor is inviting and comfortable. The location of property is super convenient to "hot spots" in Branson.

Nice just a little bit away from ‘strip' but that's ok. A more calm area close to downtown. Cute little grocery just around the bend. If you bake anything go ahead n open window because smoke alarm is touchy lol. Nice balcony lots of cardinals and finches to watch. Overall very relaxing.

Great stay

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Very nice and roomy. The Christmas Tree was an awesome bonus.

Room was very clean and felt like home away from home. They did a very nice job on renovating...very nice! I would definitely recommend staying there.

We visit Branson annually at Thanksgiving and always stay in a condo. We rate this unit number one! It was spotless and welcoming. We were delighted we we opened the front door and were greeted with a decorated Christmas tree! A nice touch is that things are labeled, it goes a long way to hunting for something. My only suggestion is to put a flashlight and batteries in a draw. There was a pretty intense storm while we were there and a flashlight would have been handy.

This 2 bedroom condo had plenty of room for our family and was very comfortable.

The location was great, less than 15 minutes from the downtown. The condo was superb. No nonsense check in and checkout. Highly recommend this Rental.

Bedding could have been fresher. Hair in smaller bathroom. Otherwise it was fine.

Condo was exactly as described on the internet.Very Clean, my only request would be to include a one time use package of coffee for us folks addicted to coffee. Other than that everything was fabulous.

Sunset Penthouse is just as depicted in the photographs: Elegant and still comfortable. It is stocked with everything you could possible need, including salt and pepper. The location is nice and quiet while still being close to pools/game room/golf/etc. We loved it so much we have already booked it for another extended stay!

The unit, at first inspection, was great. I absolutely loved the décor. The biggest complaint that I have is that one of the bath towels in the masterbed room was stained with what appeared to a washed blood stain. Imagine my surprise when I grabbed the towel to dry off after a shower and a noticed the huge stain. I even took a photo. My entire party were forced to purchase towels from a local store.

We loved this condo! Quiet, spotlessly clean, beautiful views, and very well-appointed. We stayed here with our three kids, and it was wonderful to be able to spread out and have some space instead of being crammed into a hotel. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the master bath seemed low; the tub took forever to fill, but that huge Jacuzzi was definitely worth the wait. Thanks for a great stay! We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Branson!

Was a nice condo. Love holiday hills. Our only problem is that we could never get the gate code to work. Never! It was very aggravating. And yes.. We know how to use gate codes .. We called the realty office and wasn't much they could do, so we either jumped the curb or went in the gate after someone else opened it.

We had a great stay.

The condo was in good condition and had everything in the kitchen that you could dream of. That made it great to cook at home and save some money. We had a great stay.

Good visit and worked well with multiple unit rentals for a family reunion. We found the unit very functional and flexible. The kitchen was well stocked with all appropriate dishes and cooking utensils. Only downside is thinness of unit walls and noise that carries through the walls from adjacent units.

Better than pictures portray. Kids enjoyed indoor pool.

This was our 3rd year with a condo rental at Holiday Hills and the 2nd in Sunset Penthouse. We love both the property itself and the property managers who are just excellent to work with and this year they added a huge indoor pool that was never busy this time of year. (March) our 30 days in Branson are something we look forward to each year. Holiday Hills is about 4 miles from old Branson and just the right distance to all the shows and restaurants. Everything is nice and clean and as advertised. Use Sunser Realty as property manager and they will take care of everything.

Very nice, enjoyed being within walking distance of pool and fishing. Great location.

Great place!

We were first time Branson visitors and will definately be back. As far as the condo accommodations, the layout enabled our kids to have their own space which made everyone's stay more enjoyable. Any items we needed were found with great ease within the condo due to helpful labeling. The condo was also very clean and quiet- which was wonderful compared to the running feet & noise in the hallways that you typically hear while staying in a hotel. A great home away from home.

Our stay @ Sunset with Holiday Hills was awesome!! the condo was extremely clean, roomy, and a great price! Our family will do this again! I have done this stay before in Nov. for Veterans Day with my Dad & his Army Buddies and loved your condos but have not ever done this in the summer as a family vacation. It worked well for us this summer and we enjoyed it !!!

We had a wonderful 30 days in Holiday Hills near Branson. The condo was excellent and Holiday Hills is just the right distance from Branson to be handy and away from the bustle and traffic. Always plenty to do in Branson when the weather doesn't cooperate and we found more shows available than last year. Everything with the Condo was just as Sunset Rental said it would be and we are impressed and hope to come again next year.

Our family of 5 enjoyed this two bedroom condo on our recent trip to Branson to meet with family. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very clean and well maintained.

Really loved the Condo. Was in a great convenient location. Easy access in and out. Quite and relaxing. Only negative needed more towels, wash cloths and a box of tissue in restrooms.

The stay was very comfortable with no issues.

This place was a home away from home.

Love staying here. It's tastefully decorated and very comfortable. But best of all, everything is labeled. You immediately know what each light switch controls and where items are located in the cabinets. Also, the location is ideal because you are not in the hustle and bustle of all the shows. Having Sunfest Market across from the complex is a bonus.

We stayed here as part of the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra, a two week free concert series given to the Stone and Taney counties communities the last two weeks of June each year.

The unit was clean and beautiful. We were happy with it. Getting through the gate was horrible. The code didn't work and we were unable to call anyone. We weren't the only ones. People were lined up trying to enter. You need to upgrade the entrance.

My Family and I really loved this home. It was clean and tidy. This was located in a good place for us. It was about 7 minutes from Branson Landing which was great! I left a written review in the book that was located inside the home. That says a lot because I don't like writing!! I would recommend this home to anyone.

This is our 3rd time of staying at the Holiday Hills so that tells you that we enjoy these condo's. The only suggestion that I would make is more bath cloths. If things go well we will probably book this area again next year.
