We took our son and his daughter to Branson for the long 4th of July weekend. The condo we rented was very spacious and well kept. The beds were comfortable. I especially liked the ensuite in the master bedroom. We swam in the small pool in front of the tennis courts. It was great being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. I would highly recommend this experience.

This was perfect for a quick visit to Branson.

Everything was very clean and organized enjoyed watching the golfers in the mornings from my balcony and was very reasonably priced enjoyed my stay

Everything was very nice. A little out of the way from all the attractions, but not too bad. We tried using the blow up air bed for our grandson, it wouldn't hold air. Water pressure was not very good. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

This unit needs updating. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the bedding and pillows were very old & worn, it definitely is not worth the cost.

We have stayed at this same condo before and loved it. But this time wasn't as satisfied. The bed in the master bedroom the mattress was so hard it made my hips hurt. I had to get up and go sleep in the other bedroom. The second night we both slept in the guess bedroom. I'm short but the couch wasn't even comfortable it wasn't very wide so you couldn't even curl up on it. Its starting to show wear and tear. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this complex for 10+ years and find it to be a nice experience. Clean, great location and affordable.

Clean comfortable and quiet. The amenities were wonderful a pleasant stay all around. I so appreciate everything you guys have done to make our vacation such a blessed event thank you.

We have stayed in this condo 5 plus times. Generally great! The A/C unit has a loud knocking noise when on. The blinds in the master should be replaced or darkening drapes installed to keep out the morning sun. One roll of TP is not enough! Animal poop on the steps the first day with more the second day. Called management and they took care of the problem right away. We will come back! Thanks for listening to my suggestions.

We have stayed at this facility for over 6 years. Everything was great however the unit we were in had a faulty shower valve. You needed a screw driver to turn on the water. Otherwise the Condo was very nice.

Need new pillows. Overall unit was great. Third chair would have been nice on patio. Beds a bit too firm, but sleeepable. Very peaceful setting. No noise ever. We would stay again. Low rental price was come-on with many add-ons. We're used to that ruse. Overall still good value.

We arrived no issues with anything, so clean it was amazing, we were actually surprised at how much space there actually was there and the back balcony was a huge plus the overall stay was above expectations and the pool and hot tub on site was amazing for nice relaxing evening!

Our experience was very nice. The area was very, very quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean,could use some updating but the beds were comfortable so that was a plus! I would recommend a new shower curtain in the master bath!

It was the first time we have ever stayed with them. The condo was perfect. Very clean and the beds were comfortable to. It had plenty of room in it. There was 4 adults and 2 kids. We were on the ground flood. The catch and release pond was out our patio door. It was a beautiful view. We will definitely be going back. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to go to Branson. Was in a very convenient location. Easy to get out of and go to attractions or just enjoy the stuff there. Grocery store and Dollar store just around the corner.

JUST AS THE FIRST STAY IN MAY - EVERY THING WAS GREAT.

Took our 3 boys to Branson for their first time. We usually just rent a hotel room but thought we'd try a condo. We weren't at the condo much except to sleep and shower. Which could've been better except both beds were so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the chaise like chair in the living room. We didn't eat or cook there but loved the option with a kitchen. Besides the hard beds I think ceiling fans should be installed. All night we heard the people above us walking heavily on the floor above us. Sounded like they were going to fall thru.

Great stay at 2 bedroom condo--clean, easily located, check in with gate locking system was good, and lock box for condo key was ideal. Rates were resonable too.

Amazing. Clean, comfortable room. Lots to do at the activity center. Nice staff.

Minimally furnished. Adequate, but a rather sterile environment. Less than warm and inviting. Great facilities to use on premise contributed to a great vacation.

The resort in general was great - lots to do! The Lakes condos were situated in the middle of everything within the resort. <br/>My only complaint would be the rate for this specific unit/condo since it was not updated and very few amenities comparatively to other condos in the same resort.

We had a comfortable stay here. It is ground level but down one flight of stairs to get there. It was fairly clean except for the shower area in the master bath. It had shaving whiskers on the wall and some mildew on tub surround. It would be much better if the owner spent a few dollars on sheets and towels. It is the cheapest most basic of everything. The view of pond and patio out back is very nice.
