The carpet had two wet spots in the living room. Which we promptly reported to the after hours number. We stressed it wasn’t an emergency but someone needed to be alerted if there was a problem with the sprinkler system. Both spots were under the sprinkler heads on the ceiling. That drew our attention to the carpet which appeared older and worn. The beds were comfortable. The front door opened wonderfully with the code given but would not open all the way as it seemed to get stuck on the floor.

It was very relaxing and had a great 38th anniversary. We will stay again. The fact it was a walk in was definite plus. Had a great time.

Everything was great! Just out of town and my wife liked not having to climb stairs. Kitchen was nicely set up and bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. Nice view of the golf course at sunup. Only thing I would suggest is more washcloths so we didn't have to wash them every day. We enjoyed it very much!

VERY clean condo near the Branson Landing in a lovely golf course, gated community. This condo is ideal for a girls weekend wanting to shop or golf, if that's your thing. Convenient to get around to Branson attractions and yet away from the bulk of traffic...perfect!

Property exactly as described. Everything was well organized. We will return!

Enjoyed the comfortable 2 bedrooms with a great view of the golf course! You’ll need to remember self and pepper and coffee. Beds were very comfortable.

Our vacation rental was very nice. It was clean & in the perfect location.

I originally booked a rental close to all the attractions I was called 2 days before my trip and was moved to a different rental which was a 20 minute drive too and from the trip which was a big change to what I had originally booked all I received from the rep was that she was sorry I also booked with a family member in the same place to be close for a birthday dinner we was moved which made it hard to properly celebrate the move was a huge frustration they moved us due to a inconvenience but didn’t try to compensate for the last minute changes

I loved my condo and our building. My kids and their families rented condos upstairs and so the grandkids could easily visit each other. My condo was clean and comfortable but did have issues with the dryer and the burners on the stove. They dryer kept shutting off and the burners did not work right. Other than that, all was great!

The condo we stayed in was super clean and very comfortable. It was located near the edge of Branson, which, for us, was perfect to be able to get away from the noise generated from a entertainment hub.

We have stayed at Take A Holiday several times because we like the 2 king rooms and no stairs.

We needed a local place to stay for a few weeks before closing on selling our home. Location was perfect- being a walk in unit was perfect - the kind beds were huge bonus. Having washer and dryer in the unit was great. Furniture and decor were a little outdated but didn’t take away from the conveniences of everything else. Highly recommend! Appreciate the property managers help finding it for us during a highly stressful time.

Unit was great and satisfied all my buddies and my expectations for a golf getaway. Pre visit instructions were precise and delivered in an appropriate amount of time to share with everyone.

Management company helped us on a very short notice to get us a property to stay at, property was comfortable and only a 10 minute drive from everything. The only draw back was there were only 4 towels for 4 adults, was a little dusty and carpet was worn and stained. But over all stay was nice.

Nice condo. Well stocked. Beds were big and comfy. All the tv's operated the same way, and were easy to operate. We have stayed in this condo three times, and it seems to get better every time.

Both bedrooms had KING-SIZED beds. Lovely view of the golf course. Well-equipped condo. We enjoyed it very much. We highly recommend Sunset Nightly Rentals booking services. They were professionals with great customer service!

We have been staying at Holiday Hills Condos for years and enjoy many things about the property. Roomy accommodations, great location, clean and nicely decorated, friendly, safe complex. We are now staying twice a year instead of once. Branson is an easy get away girlfriends vacation.

We rented the condominium through . Everything was great. It had a great indoor swimming pool and hot tub. It was an easy check in and out.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities it advertised only thing I wish was different were the pool house hours with an 10 ovlock check out you cant go to the pool before you leave bc it opens at 10 other than than amazkng place
