The house was nice and clean. It had everything we needed and wanted. The pool and the kitchen the favorites of the family. Both big enough for the whole family together.

I've stayed here multiple times before but the new owners are making some really wonderful upgrades to this place.

We absolutely oved this house! The pool was the best part of this house. House was clean and everything we needed to stay for the week. The area was very quiet and safe.

Great house and pool however boat lift didn’t work and didn’t have a bar b que pit instead had a blackstone. We will be back definitely due to I’m sure new owners are improving it as they go!

We loved staying here. It was perfect for fishing. Our only complaint was the bathrooms. They were both dated & not very clean. Mold was growing in both showers. The master shower was especially gross. We didn't use it. We still had a fun stay with tons of fishing.

This home was the perfect location on the canal with just a short trip to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. If you sit on the boat dock at night you might see dolphins up close, like we did.

The ease of dealing with Cobb Real Estate was great. House was nice & clean - nice neighborhood, and liked that it had a boat lift/slip & our boat actually fit! (Triton 240XL) Would rent again and would recommend to anyone else.

We had a great time as we do every year. This is our 3rd year to rent the Bolivar Slam and have had a great experience every time. We look forward to continuing our tradition for years to come.

The beach house we stayed in was really nice. 2 families stayed there and we did not feel crowded at all. My family really loved that it was by the canal, so they could fish all the time. The only downside is that there is no storage or dressers in the master bedroom for clothes. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to stay.

We love coming to this house. It is in a nice quiet location but still very close to the beach. The home could use some TLC. It seems to have been untouched since our first visit 3 years ago. A light canister is missing in the master. The sofa has some stains on it and the floor rug in the living room could be changed out and fastened to the floor somehow. The outside flood light was broke off the patio and laying on the ground. The porch railing could use repainting or at least cleaning where what seems to be black mold is growing. And lastly, this house I think says something about the fishing but there is no underwater fishing light which would really help the night fishing.Overall though, the house is great and we will stay there again.

It was a great and spacious home to stay in. Nice views and a quiet neighborhood. It made relaxing and enjoying the peninsula easy.

Get stay!! We had a blast. Cobb is as always great to deal with! Great customer service. We will be back.

It was our first time back since the hurricane. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family and the kitchen only needed a mixer, otherwise great. thank you for sharing.

This was the 2nd time we rented this place. It is always clean and has a well stocked kitchen. My kids and grandkids realy enjoy being there.

This was our third year vacationing at this house. It is a nice place with a great location for fishermen. The realtor is good to deal with. Two weeks seemed too long this year. Maybe because the fishing was not good in August. It's time to change the mattresses. At least in the guest rooms. Twin beds were pretty comfortable.

Our family of 10, spent a great Mother's Day weekend at the Bolivar Slam. It is a great property! We loved the location on the waterway. We would love to come back this summer and spend a week and bring a boat.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the cabin. The weather wasn't the best, but we crabbed and fished off of the dock and had family members in almost everyday. All had a fantastic visit. I spent my early mornings having coffee on the back deck! Loved the quiet time.

We enjoyed our 10 days at this home... The boat lift was nice we fished every day and brought home fresh speckled trout...I would recommend this house to others with families who like to fish...We loved it !!!

The house was very well kept and the location was even better. We had a great time and we caught a ton of fish. I would suggest for people to be careful around boat lift because some boards are bowed and rotting. I have one wish is for them to have a fishing light. Besides those few things it was great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

It was wonderful being able to spend time with my family. I look forward to this special time each year. We had a great time even though our fishing was interrupted with rain or heavy winds. That is the way it goes sometimes. We did a lot of cooking outdoors. We had extended family come in and out during our stay that made it extra special. The house and location met all of our needs. Sure would love to have an underwater light at the pier to watch the fish there at night.

We had a great family week at Boliver Slam! The house does need some maintenance, but the boat dock for easy fishing access made it totally worth it. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is comfortable. I appreciated having a large dining table and TVs for everyone since we had several storms come through. The location and neighborhood is excellent. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.<br/>Additionally, Cobbs was SO good to work with! Have always used another company in the past, but will stick with Cobbs for all future vacation rentals. They get an A+ in my book!<br/>Many thanks to the owners of Boliver Slam for loaning us your house for a week! We really enjoyed the stay!

We stayed during spring break an had an awesome time .....had my whole family with me ....cabin was just right lots of room an awesome views ! Can't wait to stay again at riley's landing ....also thank you to the lady's at cobb's rental for helping make our stay a great one....

the home was wonderful , the staff at Cobb were great.. Only problem was unable to night fish ,When I rented the property I asked for place to do good fishing. I was told was best property for that it had lights for night fishing which is best in that area. NO light when i called I was told no way to fix it. Sorry

We were very impressed with house and location. My husband and brother bought got to go fishing and caught a lot of fish. It was very nice to have the boat out front. And really liked that it was dog friendly. Hard to leave the dogs at home or kenneled. Beautiful home and would very much like to return. We came for a wedding celebration on beach so worked out perfect.

The location was great on the bay side especially since we like to fish. We were able to launch our boat from the lift instead of putting in and taking out daily. The house was just the right size. We had several family members in and out. Hoping to stay there again this fall over the weekend.

Nice place but a little dated. Had some issues with way the boat lift was set up but otherwise no issues.

This is a nice property, in a great location. Its well maintained and comfortable. While it worked, the boat lift could use some maintenance.

This was my forth stay at a Cobb Rental property. The properties are alway clean and the staff at Cobbs is always friendly and helpful.

We loved being able to fish right off the front and it was always shaded. We also liked that we were still really close to the store and the beach right across the street. The only thing we had a problem with was the washer and dryer it made our clothes smell horrible! I would recommend not using them.

Would recommend the owner fill the holes in the front yard so someone doesn’t fall in the canal. We have been coming to Crystal and renting from Cobb since I was a child and had more fun at this house than any other beach front we have ever rented. Great house and great location.
