We had a blast!!!

There was a lot of spiders in the place. One fell onto my head as I closed the curtains, then one crawled across my foot while I was in the bathroom a different night. We counted up to 6 spiders we killed while there. Not sure if something can be done about this, but 6 plus spiders is a bit too much. <br/><br/>The washing machine might need a deep cleaning. It has a really bad mildew type smell so we didn't use it unfortunately. I also noticed some better dusting could be done as there were some cob webs.<br/><br/>Overall, it was so a great place to stay but I would recommend those things above to make it excellently amazing to stay at!

We have stayed there for two years in a row, over a month each time. The property is more than adequate with more beds than I can easily count and a full kitchen that allows for a home-like experience. The balcony is large and inviting and a great place to watch the stars. The beds and furniture are comfortable and commodious. Our guests always love the place. My only complaint is the closeness to the pool. I don't particularly like hearing the families out at the pool, which I can do when the sliding door is open, but it never seems to bother our guests, and it all closes down by 10 p.m. I am sure we'll be back.

The house was very clean. The bunk beds appeared to be a little wobbly, so perhaps a check on that would be good. The kids slept in the lower bunks and trundle beds, so it worked out. The kids absolutely loved the arcade games that were in the condo. We will book here again.

The rental was excellent. No problems finding it or accessing any of it amenities. Had a small issue with dishwasher but staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance man was there within 20 min fixed problem no other issues. Beautiful house, lovely pool, will be booking again!

The home was nice and clean with great instructions on where to find what we needed and has nice amenities. The kids loved the arcade games and having the pool close by was a plus.

Enjoyed the area

We loved our stay at the Ledges, just outside of St. George! Clean, modern, plenty of space to gather, and plenty of beds for 2 families. We were right next to the pool and pickleball courts, which was nice. Also, Management came by the first day because they had noticed that we didn't have a griddle in the kitchen. So they bought one and dropped it off, which was so helpful for the breakfasts we had planned! The Ledges is a great location, just above St. George and close to Snow Canyon. We loved our stay here!

I absolutely loved this home. The kitchen is beautiful and very clean, as well as the rest of the home. I wish the tub was a bit bigger but overall I did enjoy my nice quiet bath when my kids went to sleep. As soon as my husband's head hut the pillow he was out like a light. Also the back patio area i widh it was closed off but I did like the fact that I could literally watch my kids swim from the home. We will be back definitely. Its pamela g from las vegas,nv

We were very happy with The Ledges for our family vacation. Property was spacious and clean with many small amenities that made it stand out. Would highly recommend this property for your vacation to St, George. My only small critique would be that the pool did not have near enough chairs for the amount of people that enjoyed the pool each day, however, this could have been due to creating "social distancing" during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Very nice place with wonderful amenities.

We rented this condo for a family trip. We had 3 married couples, 2 single adults and 3 children. We loved that there was so much space and plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The condo is beautiful and was very clean. We loved that the pool and pickleball courts were right outside our back door. The rental process was easy. I had no complaints and hope to stay there again. Highly recommend!

This place has it all! Right in front of the pool, the grill is hooked to the house gas line. The house is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, cups, utensils. There's board games, TV is also fully equipped with bluray and wifi. The whole family was really happy with the overall air BnB experience was great. Will try to book again.

My wife and I, residents of Michigan, traveled to Utah to visit our three children, their spouses, and our 11 grandchildren. We decided to spend the Memorial Day weekend at the Ledges, because it had plenty of room, great accommodations, a huge swimming pool, and a TV in every room!

What a great place! Layout was awesome, pool amazing,plenty if room! Clean!!!!!

It was a perfect place for my family and I to get away and enjoy this wonderful home and pool and all of the other amenities. We were all very comfortable in each of the beds. The AC worked out perfectly during the hot summer temperatures! The pickle ball court was a lot of fun after the sun went down. The only things that didn't work was the key to the pool.

This was my first time using a service like this and everything was professional and smooth. The home is in amazing condition and everything it has to offer is right at your fingertips. Will definitely use this location again!

There were 10 of us enjoying the pool and pickle ball and the unit was big enough not to feel cramped. We were so close to Snow Canyon and our favourite restaurant, Xetava. A great holiday and we'll be back. Staff very helpful and professional..

We had plenty of room the beds were very comfortable everything we needed in the kitchen. We would like to stay there again.

The house and community came with just the right amenities. The mountain views were spectacular (sunrise to sunset).<br/>It was the right distance away from the main town. We were able to fit 2 families more than comfortably. <br/>We would definitely love to come back.

We have gathered as a family to bring in the New Year for the past fourteen years. We look forward to renting from the Ledges in the years to come.

Stayed with 16 family members what an great house! Very Clean and right next to the Pool! We did not want to leave! This home has everything you need top of the top! Property Manager Dan Dekker made everything so easy and he made sure everything was perfect for us! We will definitely be back! Thank You Dan!

Wonderful, clean, and new townhome. Beautifully decorated. Slept 9 of us perfectly with room to spare. All bedrooms have TVs plus 2 more TVs in family and living rooms. Loved the outside decks. Right by the heated pool. Management company easy to work with. Will definitely come again!

This place is rated "Best of Best" because it was very clean, very roomy, pool next to condo, closer to St George and Diamond Valley, and up on the hills away from busy traffic. Thank you for allowing my FAMILY to be a part of your community. We loved it!!!!

This is a beautiful, clean and roomy condo. We could open our door to hear the kids at the pool, but no traffic passed our door. There are actual beds for 16 people. Cable TV, Roku and Wifi included. Several gathering areas, well-stocked kitchen. Our family had a ball!!! My kids said the only thing they recommend is more towel hooks upstairs for those in the dorm area. We'll be staying there again!

My family and I loved staying in this rental. It’s closeness to the pool was perfect. The views from the back of the house and the front of the house were relaxing and pleasing. We loved our stay here and would definitely love to come back and would recommend highly as a place to stay in the future.

Excellent customer service. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Our family enjoyed all aspects of our Ledges rental. Luxurious upper porch, large rooms, quiet and peaceful.

My family and I stayed here for two nights for a vacation wedding that was at the Ledges Golf Club/Course one weekend. The moment we stepped foot in the house, we were in love! The home was beautiful and cozy. The teens loved their room and the adults loved the living/family room and the kitchen. The pool was right in the back of the house, a close walking distance :) It was a great two nights at the Greenwind Rental. We highly recommend staying at this house. We look forward to coming here again in the future.

Beautiful unit with a great location. It was very frustrating to be woke up every night by people in the pool. One night it was after midnight and people were in the pool laughing and keeping us up. I wish the pool hours would have been enforced. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay here.

This was such great accommodations for our family reunion!!

We took some of our children and their families to the Ledges for Spring Break. We had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed the pool and some of the biking trails.

I brought 15 student leaders from BYU down to St. George for a Reflection retreat and we stayed at The Ledges. Our experience could not have been better! We really loved the pool and pickleball facilities. The property we stayed in was nicely furnished and well-equipped. The grill worked perfectly as we bbq'd dinner next to the pool in the warm twilight o dusk...pretty perfect!

Overall was amazing. This is a beautiful home in a great community. Close to amenities and recreation.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great I enjoyed having all of the kids be able to stay in one location, I didn’t have to worry about them going to the pool it was right out side our door. The facility was very nice overall we would come again.

Our family stayed there for a race they were competing in. The place was just beautiful. The adults in the group said they could live there. The pool area has one of the best designs we have ever played in. We're giving it thumbs up and 5 stars<br/><br/>

We love our vacation staying in this home! It was so beautifully decorated, very clean, great amenities with the pool,huge hot tub and pickleball courts just steps away! We had two families equaling 13 people and everyone had a comfortable bed, besides the large gathering area that gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!!<br/>One more big bonus, It was about a 5 min drive to snow canyon, where we spent one of our days exploring!

Bedrooms and baths are well appointed. Very comfortable. Common living area could use improvement - no lamps in general area. Only available light is overhead and those are not on dimmers - so super bright or dark. Fun view of pool. There are pool noises, so make sure you like that sort of thing if you stay in this unit.

We loved this condo. Very clean, decorated nice, great pool with easy access from our condo and ample room for everyone. We had multiple families staying and it never felt crowded. The only draw back was we ran out of some of the supplies like garbage bags. We were unsure how to contact the office to ask for more and it was Thanksgiving so when we tried there was no answer, but was a holiday. We ended up having to buy some. Then on the day after Thanksgiving we were able to contact them and found out that yes, they provide the supplies. The stay was fabulous and we would love to stay again!
