We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The family area us very comfortable for a group, encouraging social interaction and providing comfort. The accommodations seemed very fresh, new and stylish. The rooms were very constable and spacious. We enjoyed the oil and pickle ball courts although there are only 2 courts and had to wait a bit to use them. The battery in the front door lock also died, so we were locked out dir about an hour until we were able to find a way in. Shortly after that the maintenance company responded. Overall it was a great place to stay. We plan to return!

This property is in a great location right across from the pool, which is a plus if you have little ones. The rental has plenty of room and is nicely decorated. The kitchen amenities are great too. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers on the shower walls were completely empty in two of the bathrooms, and some of the light bulbs needing replacing, along with the garage remote that didn't work. The outside main level patio could have been swept to get rid of all the leaves and debris under the table. None of the neighbor patios looked like ours, so it wasn't from a recent wind storm. We've stayed at the Ledges several times and usually everything is superb.

This property is fantastic. It was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staying here made our trip even more wonderful. It was the perfect location to spend my husbands 40th. We biked in the trails, explored the area, lounged on the rooftop terrace, and relaxed in the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were super comfortable and everyone had room to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is clean, comfortable, stylish and well maintained. The setting and surrounding areas are beautiful, the amenities just a stone's throw away. We regularly enjoyed the patios with grills and comfortable seating, the large pool and pickleball courts. The fresh air, night skies, sunrises and sunsets were amazing. There are excellent hikes and biking nearby and we appreciated a variety of other easy access recreation and shopping. Our rental was spacious and fun yet still cozy and private. It provided more than ample for parking and all our needs. My husband & I have several sons ranging from tween to young adult so our family is changing rapidly as successful missionaries return home, students graduate, weddings, new jobs, etc. Our stays here have been the perfect place for us to meet up, connect, and to celebrate around many of these occasions. The rates have been reasonable, the management and staff personable and kind. Jeff and Ryan were willing to go out of their way to serve us. In fact everyone we met here was respectful and friendly ..even under extenuating circumstances. Our family enjoyed our time here together, would stay again and recommend to all our friends.

Staying at escape at the ledges.We had great experience staying at this property. Location is very convenient, property was well maintained. Property management was very nice and helpful. It was second time I have stayed at the great escape at ledges. I would highly recommend to my friends.

We've been coming to St George for years with our kids and this one is by far our favorite. It was so clean, close to everything but also away from the hustle and bustle, great pool, loved the pickle ball, and close to a running and biking trail. Our unit was stocked with everything we needed and then some. We loved the deck and patio!

We loved everything about the Ledges except for the location. It is too far from services: groceries, gas, shopping, restaurants/eateries. Otherwise the home was perfect.

Our vacation was awesome. The rental was clean nd comfortable, well appointed. We had everything we needed. The pool was warm, Pickleball courts lighted and all within a very short walk from our rental. Hiking Snow Canyon just a few miles away was an added attraction. The golf course is beautiful. definitely recommend The Ledges.

The pictures don't do it justice. We were beyond happy with the space and the layout for our family. It's more spacious than the pictures can share. Everything was perfect. The mattresses are even fantastic!

Spent Thanksgiving week at The Great Escape at The Ledges and had a wonderful time. The property was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood had plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. And our stay was just as great as the first time. They need to put a window covering on the door that goes out to the upper deck, gets to light when sleeping and car lights shine in from the highway.

The Great Escape delivered beyond our expectation. The house was immaculate and provided the perfect home base for our 4 adult golf trip. Dan D. was the perfect host and was helpful in many regards to our stay. Thank you Dan. This was my first trip to the Southern Utah area. The scenery and the abundance of activities will bring myself, family and friends back again. We look forward to our next trip. St. Georges needs to be on everyones bucket list!

Amazing place with great ammenities! House was 10/10 everything is brand new! TV in all rooms and wifi is excellent! Very clean, very nice and pool was amazing for kids and family! We will be staying here again for sure!

We've stayed at several different condos in St. George before and this one is our favorite. Brand new, super clean and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and towels. Fully equipped, we had everything we needed. The community pool was large and clean. Steps away from Snow Canyon, close to Tuacahn and St. George. We will never stay anywhere else, we will be coming back for sure.

One day the hot tub was not warm, and so I made a phone call to management, and they addressed the problem promptly and were very courteous. Thank you

This rental was perfect for my family! We had 8 people in our group. The house was immaculately clean,comfortable, and well equipped. It is a bit of a drive to reach a grocery store or gas station (10 min or so), but can’t beat the amenities or beauty surrounding this location. Will stay here again when in area.

We had a great stay at the Ledges VRBO. We had 10 people. Very comfortable sleeping for everyone. Its a quiet nice location away from downtown. But close enough to all our needs. Definately will stay again.

Place was awesome! Really clean when we arrived. The master bed was a little to firm for us but everyone else said their beds were way comfy. The pool was huge and warm and so was the hot tub. Everything in the house worked great and we had no problems. Pickle ball paddles and balls were provided but we only had 2 of them. Would have been great to have 2 more paddles. I will be renting from them again in the future for sure! It's a little ways away from the city which I liked but my wife said it was a little too far for her. Great Place for sure!!

The house was clean, and spacious. Perfect for our group of 7 adults and 3 children. The roof top deck with fire was a great bonus. It was walking distance to the awesome pool and hot tub complex! That was our favorite feature. I loved how close it was to beautiful Snow Canyon. We would love to stay here again!

Our rental was amazing! WiFi for all 8 of us staying... smart tv with Netflix in every room! We were less than 1 minute drive to the clubhouse for golf and across the parking lot maybe 300 ft from the pool! Stayed with family and friends and had a GREAT experience! Beds are all comfy and house feels like home! Everything we needed from cooking to laundry! This is our 2nd time staying here and will be booking it again for our next stay!

The unit where we stayed was BEAUTIFUL!! It was nicely furnished, and well maintained. We did not have any issues during our stay, and the management company communicated all of our needs prior to arrival. I would highly recommend staying here and this company... well worth the trip!!

This property was as described and very clean. We stayed here for our girls trip to Tuacahn and we were all very comfortable and had room to relax both inside and outside on the patio and deck. We will definitely look at staying here again.
