Great stay

This is our second time staying at this rental property. The owners thought of every single thing you would want or need (convenience & comfort). It has a large area for family to be together. The bedrooms/bathrooms are so well done and comfortable. The Murphy beds are amazing. We loved the big hangout on the porch deck. It’s kinda far from the pool (10 min walk) so we usually just drive. But it’s nice to be on the edge & away from noise/other people. Stay here!!

We had a fantastic stay at Ledges Golf Club. Dan was very helpful and accommodating! Ledges is a fun course, would definitely recommend playing there. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I found the process of booking all of our tee times through Ledges to be very streamlined and would recommend this approach. Again, Dan was great to work with for planning our trip.

We’ve stayed at the Ledges many times. This home was great. It is spacious and clean. We’d love to stay here again.

We stayed at this condo recently for a trip out to St. George. Great location at the top of Snow Canyon and the responsiveness from the rental company has been great. Will definitely stay again.

This property did not disappoint! It was a great space to house and entertain our large extended family. It comfortably slept the 12 adults & 3 children in our party, and still had room for more. The home’s layout perfectly facilitated our large group entertaining, all while still offering private space for those who wanted it. It was great that each room had its own bathroom and a separate 1/2 bathroom option downstairs for guests. Plenty of seating in the kitchen/dining/living area. Outdoor patio and both balconies provided nice options to spend quality time with one another and check out the amazing starry skies at night. Loft area w/ sectional & Murphy beds along with the ping pong table in garage were the perfect space for our adult children to hang out. Property was very clean upon arrival, and well stocked with most everything a person needs. It was a bit of a walk to the pool in the heat, but had a nice view of the golf course. Please note, all kings beds are high off ground which could be difficult for some. Fridge door opens and collides w/ pantry door if you’re not careful. Ice maker can’t keep up during the summertime, so plan ahead. Could use another good size cooking pot when making big meals. Overall the place is wonderful��This is our second time staying at the Ledges, in a different property, and we love it each time!! We highly recommend it! Kimber, Dan & staff are so professional, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. There’s so much to see and do in Southern Utah. You will throughly enjoy vacationing here! .

Perfect golf buddy outing

In all the years that I have been staying at vacation homes whether it is AirBnB, VRBO etc I have never stayed at such a spectacular, put together home. Anything you could ask for was in this home. Every utensil, supply, bath accessory...you name it...was in this home. We knew from the pictures and reviews that we were reserving a nice was BEAUTIFUL and super clean. Thank you Ledges Vacation group for all you did to organize our stay and golf packages.

Lovely condo with awesome amenities and well stocked. Our 2 families loved the upstairs family room and deck space. Pickle ball courts are busy and sometimes hard to get time on, but so much fun!

What a great place to stay. Although the weather didnt cooperate, the space and quality and features provided a very comfortable weeklong stay for our family. Hope to return when the weather is better!

This year was our 14th year for our Girls Golf Trip! The Grand View Getway was the best condo that we have rented, such a beautiful place to stay. It was equipped with everything we needed and more! The rental unit and the complex are clean, modern, and very nice. Everything was ready for us. Check in and check out are simple. Dan at the property management company was great. The only issue we had was that the TV reception in one of the bedrooms was spotty at best.

This is the second time our family has stayed at the ledges. Everything is always wonderful! Everything you need to cook, play, and have a great time is provided. The kids love the pool! We had to change our original dates at the last minute and they were very accommodating and it went very smoothly. We look forward to staying at the ledges again.

First time staying at this rental property, but I was pleasantly impressed by the layout and comfort of the space. Very nice; I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand View. It was easy to book and if we had any questions, they were easy to contact! We were able to extend our stay at a reduced rate!! The kitchen is well stocked and the house is family friendly. The upper patio is the perfect place to hang out with a large group of people, shady and lots of seating. The house is well maintained and clean as well. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great getaway!

This home was absolutely beautiful & exceeded all expectations. We've stayed at the Ledges before & this home had the best use of space and beautiful furnishings. They thought of every small detail like a pack n play, high chair, pickle ball equipment, a grill, outdoor space heater, beach chairs and more. The view was gorgeous right by the golf course & a 5 min walk to the courts and a really nice pool/hot tub. The upstairs bunk/hide beds were a HIT- they were designed so well as to allow a couch & TV upstairs too which was so nice. The outdoor porch & patio was so nice with a little propane fire. My family didn't want to leave!!

The house was way better than the pics make it look. Spacious, well maintained, wonderful location, and awesome management.

We were 4 adult couples staying here for a wedding at the Ledges. This home was perfect! We each had our own bedroom with attached bathroom. This home is just beautifully decorated throughout - very inviting and comfortable. Lots of room for us all to be together in the great room area and there's plenty of table seating for dining. It way exceeded our expectations! Made for such an enjoyable trip and so much more fun than staying in hotels. Very reasonable price when the costs are shared. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful villa, spectacular views, every adult commented they loved the beds King and queen so comfortable. A great spacious, well appointed features. We feel they thought of everything. Good quality appliances, televisions in all the bedrooms as well as great room and family room. Enjoyed the sound system too. It was quiet and peaceful. What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views and super close to Snow Canyon State Park. Unit was very clean and accommodating for a large family/group. All the bedrooms had their own private bathrooms which is a huge plus for our family. Loft was a great place for our kids to play. We loved everything about this unit and will definitely stay again.

Such an amazing vacation rental! I've stayed many times in Saint George, and this place is one of the best. Would highly recommend staying here with your closest friends or family

The property was clean, well equipped, beautifully furnished and decorated. Only complaint is that the community hot tub was dissappointingly tepid.

Everything was great. We had one little hiccup. But management was great to take care of it. Overall we love staying there. Spring city fire department 15. We well be back next year for winter fire school.

Had a great time with our big group

This is a very nice property. It had plenty of room, nice outdoor areas, great furnishings and is clean and well maintained. It is close to St. George so if you need anything it's only about 10 minutes away. The management company (Dan) took great care of us and responded quickly to any small issue that may arise. He was also helpful in booking additional golf for group.

My family loved the space the location was great and we had a wonderful time.

We loved this beautiful condo and it had plenty of room for our family of 15. Hope to make this an annual trip.

The designers of this condo left out no details in ensuring a wonderful stay. from the decor to the upscale appliances in the kitchen, to the bedding ... Everything was the best of the best and made this day so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

We travel quite a bit and stay at various properties and this was our favorite place we've ever visited. It was very clean and beautiful inside. The decor is modern yet cozy and inviting. Each king bedroom has its own bathroom, which is really convenient. It is right against the golf course, but also just a block away from the pool and pickle ball courts. Our kids had a blast at the pool while I played some pickle ball (they have some great equipment in the garage for you to use) and my kids really enjoyed the xbox and kid friendly upstairs family room. It had everything we wanted and we would definitely stay here again.

Property was in excellent shape except for the upper balcony which was not cleaned for some time. Floors and furniture were covered in red dust which really made it unusable. A shame since all renters are charged a cleaning fee. This took away from the enjoyment of the stay.
