Overall it is a pretty nice place but there were some small things that I think should be mentioned. The bedroom door would not shut unless you lifted up on the door and jiggled it just right, the blinds were broken in some places and hanging upside down, unfortunately there was a piece of gum stuck to the headrest on the bed, the patio was not quite as nice as it looked in pics but not a bad place by any means, just some small things that I think they should consider. Overall it is a nice place it just feels dated and I'd give it a 7/10 on cleanliness.

The management company was great to work with, allowed us to move our dates at no extra cost and got us checked in a little early too.<br/><br/>The location is great, close to the strip but removed from some of the traffic. The community amenities are great with the indoor and outdoor pools and all sorts of games for the kids and family. <br/><br/>The unit itself could use a refresh. The sunroom/porch windows are hard to use and have large gaps that let bugs and insects in, the caulking in the tubs needs replaced badly, the toilets don't flush that well, the flooring is worn and there are some lose tiles, etc. The internet was also rather slow.<br/><br/>All that said, we would stay there again if the price were right.

Enjoyed stay

The condo sufficed. It's a bit dated and so there's lots of scuffs on trim/furnishings which gives it dingy/dirty feel. It had been cleaned however. The view of Lake Taneycomo from the screened in porch is blocked by a large tree so that was a bummer. Overall it was fine but doubtful that we'd stay there again for the price. Also, be prepared that it's on the third floor so you have two flights of steps to go up.

Good location to main strip, close to fish hatchery, Dana's bbq, runaway coaster, Mocha's & Meaow's Nice view of lake Taneycomo. Disliked the lighting in condo and cheap blinds.

Took students with a high school group and it worked out great for our small group. There is a pull-out couch in the living room area, two large bedrooms each with their own spacious bathroom, a screened deck, and full kitchen. Very nice place with everything we needed!

Very comfortable condo. Clean, lovely furniture, and spacious. This condo has a very relaxing water view that can be seen from different areas. The owners are gracious and easy to work with.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. There are beautiful views out almost every window with Taneycomo right outside. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very kid friendly which was a huge bonus for us. There were a few little things here and there that were falling apart but nothing that affected the quality of our stay!

We had a great time in Branson. Condo is in a great location for heading to the lake or downtown. Spent time hitting the local disc golf spots and spent some time on the lake from State park marina. Condo community was clean and had many things to keep you busy if need be.

The apartment itself was perfect! Beds were comfy, view was phenomenal. We were disappointed the outdoor pool and hot tub were not open (especially since I called the day before to make sure everything was open and was assured both were open.) Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great spot on the lake, beautiful scenery, quiet and peaceful.

This is a well maintained 3rd floor condo, tucked away next to the river. We enjoyed an outdoor pool while staying here and would come back again.

The condo was very clean and comfy. It just needed small maintenance things done. They weren't a big deal though. Very nice place.

The one major item that could be easily remedied is the front bedroom by the entrance didn't have blackout curtains. The lights on the walkway shown through the blinds making it harder to sleep.

A few minor repairs needed ( towel and t paper bars broken) furniture a bit big for space including sunroom foosball table took up to much space to move around freely, please vac out window sills outside did not want to see 2 inches of dead bugs. Screen door to short had to run or squeeze in not to allow flying insects in when coming and going

Nice property. Heavy equipment parked outside door was an initial concern but was holiday week end so not operating while we were there. Bed in 2nd bedroom was horrible. I would recommend owner change it out. Could have been cleaner. Previous renters must have had a black haired dog. Found black hair everywhere.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay. The view was pretty & the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was amazing!! We loved the mini-golf, playground, indoor/outdoor pools & activity area for the kids. Everything we had on our list of things-to-do were so close to where we were staying (like Silver Dollar City, Whitewater park, etc.) The only problems we had were that the beds were very squeaky & the sunroom got wet (there was a moldy smell after it rained) However, I recommend staying here!!!
