The condo was decorated beautifully. Was very quiet and comfortable. The only drawback was the bed. They were very uncomfortable after a long day in Branson.

We had a great time. The condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It was very quiet and had a great view of the lake.

This is the 2nd time renting this condo. We love the location. Close enough to everything but far enough to make you feel it is away from everything. It sits close to Lake Taneycomo which we love. The condo is perfect for a couple, two couples or a family.

We went there during labor day long weekend, the condo was really good, clean, quiet and on the bank of the river, which we loved the most. The only thing we didn't expect, TV doesn't have any Nextflix or Amazon Prime subscription, so we weren't able to see any shows or movies, rest everything were as described.

My family of 5 had a great visit to Branson and loved our stay here! Location was great - close to the state park marina and downtown Branson. Rental was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals there. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Branson traffic can be horrible but this is close to several routes to get you were you want to go quickly. Will stay here again.

Three times we have used Sunset condo rentals and this trip as always was a great experience. They make it so easy and are so helpful! This condo was a bit smaller than the others but worked well for the two of us. The river view off the deck was perfect. Saw trout jumping and a bald eagle flying by. We’ve never had any issues using Sunset rentals.

Very nice stay. The only slight negative was that the bed we had (upstairs) was very uncomfortable & the bottom sheet would not stay on the mattress! Otherwise the place was just as described.

First off I was so happy to be able to bring my furbaby along on our vacation! The property manager was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early since we would be in town sooner than expected. The condo was clean and comfortable and we loved the view from the patio! There was one small piece of trim on the floor near the kitchen area loose but otherwise the property was extremely well maintained! It was so nice not to be in the center of all the towns hustle and bustle but only be minutes from all the fun attractions. I will definitely book here again!

The rental was exactly as described. It was one of the cleanest properties we've stayed in. Love the view of Lake Taneycomo, and the location for getting around Branson is hard to beat.

Loved the way the deck overlooks Lake Taneycomo. Really liked being able to walk to the nearby marina. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

This was our first time using the service and we won't go back to motels. The pictures posted of this place don't do it justice, it is up to date and well appointed. We loved the view and having the space to stretch out.

The condo was amazing. Very clean and just as described in the listing. They moved us without charging us to this unit because the original one wouldn't be available. Will definitely use them again!!!

This condo worked out well for our family of five + our little dog. Tuscany on the Taneycomo was clean and comfortable. The master bdrm and the loft both have very comfortable beds. The roll-away couch in the living room was functional and worked for us. We were very pleased with the view of the river from the back, and also from the front. The dining table was perfect for eating, and also for "mad game play". Only 2 issues: 1)The light in the master closet was burned out. 2)The temperature was difficult to regulate for both downstairs and upstairs (when comfortable downstairs, it got hot upstairs & when comfortable upstairs, got cold downstairs), however, this is probably typical for multilevel condos. Did not report any of this to the owners b/c I didn't want to bother them over Thanksgiving holiday. I highly recommend Tuscany on the Taneycomo.

Beautifully decorated with an amazing view from the deck. Our kids loved the loft bedroom. The garbage disposal quit first thing and the owners immediately sent someone over to fix it. Very quiet area and we are going to book this unit again for later in the summer!

Great location! Plenty of parking, great view of the Lake. Easy access to everything we like to do in Branson. Only downside - and it did not affect our stay is there are a LOT of cobwebs inside and outside of the building. Also, the center staircase outside is covered in bird droppings - really nasty looking.

We really enjoyed the condo. The furniture and decorations were very nice. It was nice and quiet too. We would stay there again. Our kids loved the upstairs loft too.

We had a great weekend getaway! The property was comfortable, had everything we needed, was right on the lake, and close enough to all that Branson and Table Rock Lake has to offer. We spent an afternoon renting a boat from the Fall Creek Marina and enjoyed all the scenery lake taneycomo has to offer. The price is SO worth it. We will certainly be returning!

It was a relaxing time for my wife and I, our son and his 13 year old daughter. The unit was clean and very nicely furnished. The view from the deck was great which made the coffee taste even better! If I had taken my fishing gear, I would've walked down the big rocks the unit is on to just to see what was biting. We wish that we could've stayed longer!

Condo was just remodeled and was really nice. Everything else was excellent. Nice quiet place. Only complaint we had were the beds were a little hard and the water was kind of stinky. We enjoyed it and will probably come back!

Tuscany on Taneycomo was unit 7 of 10. Second floor, second from the end closest to the lake and pet-friendly. Very nice views of Lake Taneycomo. Pleasantly surprised that photos accurately reflected condo. The cathedral ceiling made the great room and master bedroom feel more spacious. Great room furniture was beautiful and beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen appliances and kitchen area were very clean and modern, and well stocked but refrigerator was noisy. Deck needs paint and outside stairs needed cleaning. TV remotes needed batteries and chandelier over table needed a light bulb. Master bathroom baseboard and floor needed cleaning. Master bathroom needs a door for privacy. Messy paint job - uneven cut-in lines throughout condo. Location of condo was nice as it had lots of green space in front and back. Loved being on the lake and even observed a female eagle on our deck. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip but just a few minutes drive to The Strip. The pool and playground area were clean. The marina was very small, but nice. Branson is a great vacation spot that offers something for everyone. I would return and would recommend Tuscany to others who would like a nice condo just a short drive from The Strip.

All of the pictures and description were accurate. The condo was really nice,comfortable and decorated tastefully. The location is great, close to the main strip but far enough away to have privacy. The cool breeze off of Taneycomo was refreshing. We fished off the dock at the local marina which was fun and relaxing. Had a great time!
