We had a great time. The kids had fun at the pool. But, it was busy, as was the pickleball court. It was a holiday weekend. Place was very clean and in good repair.

We had a great time. The place was cleaned and well stocked. They always responded quickly to me text messages as well. I would suggest dark curtains on the bedrooms upstairs.

My family LOVED the townhouse...Everything was amazing. The location the sun deck and being on the golf course. The place is super clean and had everything you need. We absolutely felt at home!

We love staying at the ledges. Fun pool and pickle ball and close to snow canyon, which is great for riding e-bikes-which you can rent at a discount. This unit is always clean, well stocked, and quiet. It was east to get in touch with management if necessary. And we always love playing on the old school video games in the loft.

Very comfortable house for a family vacation with everything one needs. Location with great views, quiet neighborhood and great pools. Close to amazing hiking opportunities in the red sandstone reserves in the area. Also close to town for good shopping and restaurants.

Very nice location on a superbe golf course, The Ledges, that we played 3 times over the week. Also near others very nice golf courses. Our golf vacations were just perfect staying at Ledges Vacation Rentals.

Beautiful location on the golf course. We would have rated our stay much higher except for two things. The property is fairly isolated with no grocery stores or restaurants close. The restaurant in the clubhouse was good but not for several days in a row and not open for breakfast. Cooking in the unit was limited because of the lack of or condition of some of the cookware. Tons of plates, cups and glasses but none were plastic so no way to take a beverage to the pool. We played a lot of golf and had a good time with friends but we were expecting better based on our previous travels.

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Fairway Oasis home. It was clean and modern and comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio on the 18th fairway. Thanks to Jeff and Kimber for our accommodations, and for providing us with needed information. Mary and I both very much enjoyed meeting Jeff. Thank you for your courtesy and kindness, and for providing some local information. We are considering moving to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Fairway Oasis! The condo is located on the 18th fairway of The Ledges Golf Course which is the view from the back patio area. It has a nice BBQ and table and padded chairs where we spent a lot of time enjoying the evenings and the scenery. The condo was roomy enough to accommodate us 3 couples (both in the living room and dining areas). There is an upstairs lanai with comfortable chairs and a gas fire ring but it overlooks the street so we spent most of the evening time downstairs in the back patio area. The bedroom downstairs is awesome (very large with a nice bathroom, shower and walk in closet). All the bedrooms upstairs are smaller and only one has a bathroom inside the bedroom so if you get the downstairs bedroom you'll be the envy of your group! In addition to the 2 bedrooms upstairs, there is an open bonus room with bunk beds and TV. So, the condo is really better suited for 2 couples and kids. The living room and bedrooms (except the smaller of the 2 upstairs bedrooms) all have a flat screen TV with DirecTV programming. The condo was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. And the property management staff are wonderful. Also, if you like golf, the Ledges course is beautiful with some challenging holes. We played there twice. And, the Ledges Rock Grill restaurant has great food, nice views with an open dining area for either inside or outside dining. They also have delivery service if wanted. All in all, great trip and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. It was a close drive in to St. George and we were able to enjoy riding ebikes into the nearby Snow Canyon state park. The pools and hot tubs were fun. It was spring break so we were lucky to get any time at the pickleball courts- they were very popular. We loved the outdoor seating on the roof and the beautiful golf course views. Management was very prompt in fixing the DirectTV problem so we could watch the final game of March Madness. One of the boxes up in the loft were unplugged.

We came to town for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The place was very clean and well equipped. We will come back in the future

The property was very clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location. After our daily excursions we felt as though we were coming home. We ere very pleased with the arrangement.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a two week Christmas stay in the lovely Fairway Oasis at the Ledges of St. George. We had never been in Utah and the natural beauty, the other-worldly rock formations and breathtaking vistas far exceeded our expectations. We hiked numerous trails in Snow Canyon and Zion National Park and adventured up to Dixie National Forest and Brian Head Resort to enjoy snow tubing. So many memories in lovely southern Utah. The condo itself is spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. There were a few items in the kitchen that we ended up buying but everything necessary was already there. We may even return next year if the stars align! Thank you!

We loved this beautiful place! It was roomy, clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our group! It was a perfect distance from the pool and pickle ball courts. I would recommend it to anyone!

We had an amazing stay at the ledges! Plenty of room for our whole family, comfortable beds, beautiful scenery, and fun amenities. We loved the pool and pickle ball. The fire pit on the balcony in the evenings was such a nice touch to the property. The only issues we encountered was an extremely loud dryer and clean kitchen rags that smelled like mold once they got wet. They need to be washed in bleach

This was a great location for a long weekend. Awesome views from the 1st and 2nd floors.

It was great that towels were supplies. And pickle ball supplies were there for us to use. It made it easier to have lots of fun.

We had a girlfriends reunion in October. The weather was great! We were close enough to town for dinner and far enough away to see stars at night. We all came prepared to swim and pickle ball but ended up laughing and relaxing inside for the mot part. The kitchen met all our cooking needs. The abundance of bathrooms and beds made the trip very easy for us to get ready to go! We walked , felt safe and enjoyed the views. We loved it and will be back!

Great place to spend Presidents weekend with our married kids. Good location to go see the home shows in St. George. Pickle ball courts & swimming pool crowded. Would've been nice to have more courts and a workout room.

Pure luxury for our golf group!

We stayed in this condo for several nights while enjoying the area. The condo is very spacious, great views out the back, quiet, very well stocked and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!

We loves our place have stayed at the ledges in the past, location is perfect for anything you are doing in the St. George area.

We had four of us, all adults, in the condo and we had a very relaxing stay. The guys golfed 4 days and the girls golfed 3 of the days, with Zion National Park and Snow Canyon filling the day the guys went to Wolf Creek Golf Course in Mesquite. Loved the condo - did not disappoint.

Rental unit was clean and stocked with essentials making it feel comfortable, safe, and homey.

We loved our stay, homes are beautiful here! We had a leak in one, the staff immediately came to the rescue and set us up in an even better place!! Beautiful, we would recommend it to anyone!!

Great experience in a really nice home!

We stayed at this same place last year and noticed that there weren't as many pots and pans. This would be a problem cooking for a large group every meal. I contacted Dan the property manager and within hours the problem was resolved. We will stay again, which will be our 4th year.

we had 5 adults and 1 child stay for 3 days. The Ledges is a little out of the city but that was OK with us. We drove about 10 minutes to several restaurants and were about 15 minutes outside of St George. The condo was immaculate, very comfortable and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed our stay, we went to Tuacahn, went golfing at The Ledges course and met family and friends for dinners. We will return, next time we'll stay 3-4 nights instead of 2. It will be even nicer when the development grows and brings maybe a grocery store or convenience store nearby.

Great location and view. Parking was a problem, especially Friday night. We will be back.

My family had a wonderful time in St. George, and the rental property was perfect for all of us. It made our experience that much better.

Home was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Only issue was how Direct Tv works. A channel guide would be helpful. Couch on main level which stored a hide bed was not very user friendly.

The unit was beautiful, well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In fact, you could easily stay for extended periods of time in this home. The management company is top notch and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had 9 adults stay perfectly comfortable in the Condo for 5 nights. The dining room table was big enough for us all to gather and play games and its a quick walk to the pool and pickle ball courts. We loved the beautiful decor!

Our golf group of 34 stayed here and loved it. Homes were clean, spacious, great patios,kitchens well equipped. Loved the pool and big hot tub. Hoping to come back soon.
