Condo was very nice and comfortable. The king bed was a bit firmer than we were used to but did not hinder our rest.

2 day beach getaway

We loved our stay. This is a sophisticated, clean, well-decorated condo with 2 large bedrooms. My brother and I stayed for 36 days, as I was moving between houses and he was escaping winter weather. Plenty of space, great kitchen, and 2 nice bathrooms. Main thing is if you have 4-6 people, the living room might be too small to hold everyone. And the TVs are noticeably small - we ended up bringing in a 50" for the living room. Otherwise, it was the perfect spot!

Overall a beautiful place. Very nicely updated. Only issues were the guest bath didn't flush strongly and the living room rug could use a deep cleaning. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there

Clean, spacious, and beautiful! Large balcony extends from living area to main bedroom with plenty of seating. Beautiful views of the ocean, beach, pool area and grounds. The main bedroom is spacious with seating and a nice desk with a large en-suite bath. “Ocean View” is a nice option with this rental.

Our stay was fantastic, we loved condo 1203. Everything was clean except the kitchen needs a little more attention. Over all we were satisfied with everything. Our family has been coming to Kingston for 26 years every year!! Love the pool upgrade, but lost lots of memories at the old pool and bucket.

Vacation started with Brighton Tower staff making a couple acccomodations for my family. Great start!!! 2003 Brighton was beautiful furnished with upgrades and an incredible view of both new pool area and ocean. Loved the layout of the condo and the Brighton Tower was always clean. Family LOVED the new waterpark and pool, definitely one of the reasons we booked over our normal resort. Only one hiccup with reset keylock on our last night but resolved quickly. Definitely recommend!!

Staying at 2003 Brighton was an absolute pleasure! The condo was beautiful, very spacious for my family of five and waking up to the sunrise on the beach was beautiful! We enjoyed the beach of course with lots of boogie boarding and would head over to the pool and waterpark in the afternoon. We usually vacation NMB every summer and this was our first time staying at Brighton Towers, it is hands down the best condo we have ever stayed at! Just FYI, the pool and waterpark opens at 9am, you are going to want to get down to the gate around 8:30 am to get a lounge chair, guests line up quickly and take multiple lounge chairs for the entire day, regardless if they are staying poolside or at the beach. I recommend getting a spot under the umbrella, the sun can get intense as the day goes on and you can lower the umbrella if you want. We also did some food shopping at Walmart which is right down the road, checked out the outlets. Alligator Ally in Barefoot Landings was awesome! My 16, 13, and 11 year old as well as my husband and I enjoyed it so much it was very cool! We also went to eat at LuLus and headed over to the arcade afterwards. There is plenty to do for all ages or just hang out on the beach and relax. Great vacay!!
