We like to rent Vrbo for vacation because we have 4 kids. This was perfect because the kids could spread out in different rooms. They had a pac n play and booster seat. And lots of space in the kitchen and living space. We loved the outdoor sitting areas too. The kitchen is very well stocked. Crock pot, griddle, hand mixer etc. with spices and every kind of pot or utensil you need in a kitchen. We love that because we like making our own meals. And you can use the garage. So nice. Right by the pool and they have a stroller in garage and pool toys and floaties. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, clean and quiet and room to spread out. Nice layout. Well appointed kitchen made meal prep easy. Proximity to Snow Canyon and Red Cliffs made it easy to go hiking, and the rental e-bike availability was a nice addition. Add in a swim in the close by, walk to pool, and you can do a triathlon in your play day!

This was a great property! The home was exceptionally well stocked with everything one would need. Like a home away from home. The accommodations were sooo comfortable, and it was beautifully appointed. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at Epic Escape.

I was looking for a place to stay near my Daughter in Dammeron Valley and The Ledges popped up. I couldn't believe the prices could be so low for the quality and size of the units. Will definitely come back !

We had a great vacation at a great house. It was found clean and in order as one would expect. We would have preferred a Curig coffee machine as it has more variety of coffees as well as ease of use.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at a Ledges vacation rental in St. George. We will stay here every time. IT was very clean, organized and directions and information was delivered in a very timely and simple manner. By far our favorite vacation rental!!

I can't think of anything that would have made our stay better except to have stayed longer. It was less than a 30minute drive to everything we had planned.

Excellent Rental! The house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. I loved having a garage and very spacious house worked perfectly for our family.

The property was great. Clean and full of everything you might need. Access was easy and the instructions were clear. Only issue was the neighbors. From master bedroom you could hear banging and thumping until at least 9pm. Other than that, a great stay.

I loved this location and property! Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful and only 11 min into Sr George. The condo was huge and had everything we needed. We stayed here for the 70.3 Ironman .

This rental was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect but you can&#x2019;t go wrong when you stay at The Ledges. It is our favorite. And Dan, who books the golf, is awesome to deal with. When we come back to St George, we will always chose The Ledges!

Quiet and convenient location. The homes layout was perfect for cooking, eating and visiting as a family.

This house was amazing! The location was perfect and easy to get to Zion and Snow Canyon State Park. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and for a longer period of time. Highly Recommend!

It was a quick stay but the house is beautiful and very comfortable. We had a great time staying there. Great location and property was very clean. The kitchen is beautiful and has all the utensils and pans needed. Only ask is that it needs a coffee maker as one of our family members drinks coffee and was expecting it to have one. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again as we loved the beautiful property.

This is a great unit with ample space for you and your guests to spread out in and feel at home while staying comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of appliances to facilitate cooking for a large group. The best views are from the roof top area. Our only issue was that the unit was not well stocked with dishwasher soap, paper towels and kitchen garbage bags for a 2 week stay over a holiday. (When we stayed for a week previously it was sufficiently stocked.) When we asked for additional supplies, we were told that we needed to pay a $25 restocking fee. Upon arrival, we had 4 soap tablets, 2 rolls of paper towels and 3 garbage bags. We contacted management since the kitchen sink backed up and was leaking under the sink and they were responsive and the issue was fixed. We felt for the inconvenience of having this issue on day 2 of our stay that another few rolls of paper towels and garbage bags was worth their effort in client service. In the end we managed, still had a wonderful visit and would stay here again. The location to downtown St. George and Zion National park is perfect too.

After staying here a year ago, we had to return. We love everything about this place. We highly recommend Epic Escape!

The accommodations were outstanding, wish we could of stayed longer. A very spacious, clean and top notch home. The general area was quiet and not too crowded. Great place to walk in the mornings and close to the golf course, which was also very nice.

Beautiful, well appointed condo. Beautiful development. A bit of travel to some of the off property courses. Traffic is not bad, the roads are excellent and travel time was only around 30-35 minutes.

Dan always takes care of us when we plan our trips to St.George. we wont book anywhere else.

Beautifully decorated, one-story home with great amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. The home was clean and the nearby pools and pickle ball courts provided a welcomed community feel. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find and very comfortable. One small issue with a door handle that came off but the staff sent someone by immediately to repair. All in all I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely plan a return trip.

Very nicely appointed place. Had everything we could possibly need and is very comfortable and cozy. It was spotless as well. The ledges is a nice area and is great for a vacation.
