What a wonderful condo and vacation.

Upon arrival, the instructions seemed clear to enter the gated grounds, enter a code, tell the voice on a speaker our name and room, and we would be let in. It was never that easy. Security asked yes each day for a key card, and sent us to the front desk, who told us we didn't need one. We were told to call the rental company from the condo phone, which was broken. Small Appliances were also broken.the condo was beautiful, but the professionalism of the site staff was left to be desired.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and modern. The view was beautiful and offers a very short walk to beach. The upper heated pool was a very nice surprise! The master bed was VERY comfortable! We enjoyed this condo, location was fantastic in the middle of Destin and the complex was very well kept, clean and inviting! We will definitely come back!

Edgewater was a very nice place to stay with the kids. Our condo however needs a little TLC. When we first got there there were no light bulbs in the boys room so they could not see anything. Both of the closet door were off track. TV in the living room did not work. Put a request in for maintenance and was fixed the next day. The door of the lazy susan in the kitchen was broke and a tile from the kitchen ceiling fell down as well. It was small things that needed repair. I suggest that they have maintenance go in and do a review of the condo every few months.

We did a triple mom/daughter trip. (Three moms and teenager daughters) and this unit was perfect. Kitchen was great for big breakfast each morning and homemade evening pizzas. short walk to pool and beach. We received prompt responses for management re: a parking tag question and an A/C question. The app is awesome and convenient.

Location was beautiful. Condo was nice overall. Some of the dining chairs are wobbly, some of the tile is cracked, and there are other minor issues with the condition. However, the condo is in generally good condition. The property is wonderful! The location can't be beat! Maintenance and cleaning are lacking, though. Lightbulbs needed to be replaced, the carpet looked as if it had not been vacuumed (and there was no vacuum in the unit), the master bedroom was missing a top bed sheet, and there were no pillow cases (that I saw) for the extra pillows. Management responded to our need for lightbulbs, a vacuum, sheets, and pillow cases right away. The beach is beautiful. The pools are beautiful and clean. The hot tub is nice.

The property was in a great location. The grounds and pool were well kept and maintained. It was a short walk to the pool and beach. The beach umbrella team was helpful and friendly. The view from our condo was gorgeous. The condo itself needs a lot of TLC. The bedroom carpets were worn and dirty. The trim and doors need painted. The patio had dirt on the floor and most of the plants were dead in the planter. I would stay in this condo again if these minors issues were fixed/updated. We also talked to others in the complex and their condos were well kept so would probably try another unit.

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin. The weather was great, the beaches were beautiful and the food in the area was fantastic. Our condo was very comfortable with a great view.

We stayed in our unit for a full week, and loved the grounds, two pools, a baby pool for the kids and easy access to a pristine beach. We would stay in this complex again. The only downside was the unit wasn't as clean as we would have liked, the furniture needed dusted and the microwave didn't work, when we called to report that, maintenance said they would come out, but never did. Not that it was a deal breaker but having to use the oven for all meals did take some time. Make sure you bring essentials like trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap, dishwasher packets as the items they leave you don't go far.

We had a blast, and our condo was perfect, & and we Had a great view of the ocean! Had a issue with the gate pass but they fixed it ASAP! We will stay again there.
