The home was neat, tidy and well stocked. Enjoyed the upper deck and fire-pit. Staff helped us in many ways, from golf course changes, to helping extend stay because of medical emergency.

stayed 1 week for a golf/biking vacation with another couple. Ledges made all the tee times and everything was great.

From start to finish our experience was great! Dan was extremely helpful in setting up our rental and golf. Both rentals were perfect for our group. The houses were extremely nice, fully equipped and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This was my second stay at Ledges and we will be back later this month for our third stay, It that doesn't tell you how much we enjoy the prosperities I am not sure what else I can say to convince you. The two units we have stayed in have always felt home away from home. Comfortable and inviting. We cooked everyday, didn't feel a like we were not well equipped to do so. It rained one of the days we were there and had so much fun playing games that were provided in the unit and lounging on the super comfy couches.

Great accommodations but the second floor should have been flipped. Great balcony upstairs but it overlooks the street. We want to see the golf course. Whoever built this was not very smart.

This place was absolutely perfect. The layout couldn't have been better for a men's golf trip. The house was well equipped and they thought of everything. Location was great with easy access to the main road for satellite trips to other courses. Overall, I would not hesitate to rent this same house on another trip.

Our experience was excellent. The home is beautifully decorated and even better in person than the pictures. There were several extra items we appreciated from pool noodles, pickle ball equipment, pool towels, board games, a pantry with basic necessities, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the home worked well for a family with 4 kids (ages 10-21). The pool is a short 3 minute walk down the street and was never crowded (there are 2 pools available in the resort).

This was a great villa! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! The only draw back--it's about 10 minutes away from any store, etc.

I can't say enough about this condo! It is not only beautiful and well appointed with everything you may need, but it's incredibly comfortable! From the quality of the furniture, to the bedding and pillows . . . you will feel like you are at your home away from home. Kimber with The Ledges was incredibly helpful in allowing us to extend our stay, as well as helping us make massage appointments. I absolutely recommend this unit!!!

Great place plenty of room. Beds were so comfortable. Right on the golf course. Kitchen well stocked. Love the amenities such As washer and dryer bbq in the back. Pool is right up the street we enjoyed that as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding.

Four guys on a golf trip stayed October 2019. The house was outstanding. Every room has great beds and having 4 full bathrooms was popular with all. The kitchen is very well laid out and having basic items like coffee and spices in the pantry was very convenient. We also made use of the community pool/hot tub most days - its just a short walk. Overall a great place to stay

We loved our stay, perfect place for a large group. The view was stunning. Plenty of parking. Great location. The house was clean and well stocked. Would recommend a bug spray treatment for ants and spiders. The pool area would get 3 stars - needs more chairs, some umbrellas and a no smoking rule.
