The view from Dolphin Watch decks did not disappoint. Access to the beach was great. The second floor indoor access by elevator was not optimal, noisy and claustrophobic, with the only other way up by a stairwell located outside. The lack of privacy on the main deck due to no privacy wall separating the adjoining condo was not pleasant when enjoying quiet time when the neighbors were on their deck. Second floor deck was much better.Accommodations were very nice, but the beds could use better mattresses. Living room and kitchen were comfortable and roomy, providing an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Kitchen was very well equipped. I would recommend a stay at Dolphin Watch if you don’t mind sharing the main deck with neighbors.

This was our third stay at Dolphin Watch. It gets better everytime. The entire house has been updated with fresh paint. The deck has new stairs and some of it has been replaced. I hope the deck is continued to be repaired as some of it is still broke. All of the beds and furniture are comfortable. Plenty of space for this family of 5 plus grandparents. The kids love to play in the sand at the bottom of the house. Anything you need and more you will find in the kitchen. Property management is always amazing! Anytime we have an issue, their response is quick. They even checked on things and us before a storm came in. We will be back soon!

Really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for the beach including toys for our little one. They provided a high chair and play pin which was great. The views are amazing and even spotted dolphins. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Townhouse. Very Clean! Loved having an elevator & new inside stairs. The master suite is absolutely gorgeous. Views are amazing & we did see so many dolphins. <br/>

Beautiful property with a great view if the gulf. Spotlessly clean. Large master shower with two shower heads on facing walls. King bed was very comfortable. Overall, 10/10. Very pleased with our stay. Several close by restaurants on the island.

Wonderful beach location. Very quiet and hardly anyone on the beach at any given time. We saw dolphins and a turtle. Beach and water were spotless. Elevator was great to have although it was quirky. Not having an inside staircase was surprising. Best outfitted kitchen I have ever rented in 12 years! Owner provided every spice you could dream of. Rooms were spacious and furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of outdoor equipment provided although some needs to be culled and replaced. Very clean with usual wear and tear of rental unit. Would definitely rent again.

The home was very comfortable and had a great view of the gulf&#x2019;s beautiful beach. It was clean and accommodating. We had a party of 6 adults and 4 children and everyone had a great time. This home homes with everything you will need. The storage room was well stocked with lots of beach chairs and floats. We did have to contact management about a minor issue and they were very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dolphin Watch! The house had everything you could possibly ask for, inside and out. The storage room was full of beach equipment, and the house was fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. The kitchen was unbelievable with so much room to store food brought/bought in the roomy pantry. The views were unbelievable and we had so many GOOD, good days. The elevator made it so much simpler to bring things in/out of the house, we were spoiled by the end of the week. Loved, loved, loved this beautiful place &#x2764;&#xFE0F;. Folks at rental headquarters were beyond helpful, and quickly responded to any question we had. All around great beach experience.

Home was so lovely. We loved the boardwalk to the beach right from the house! Enjoyed the amazing Gulf front views from the 2nd & 3rd floors w/the spacious decks!! Elevator was the selling point for our family&#x2014;for my mom.

We, honestly, couldn&#x2019;t have asked for anything better. <br/><br/>The location is great, no big high rise properties in close proximity. Houses aren&#x2019;t crammed together and stacked multiple blocks deep, so the beach wasn&#x2019;t overloaded with people. There&#x2019;s plenty of beach gear provided, but we&#x2019;ve always found that hiring out sets of chairs and umbrellas is a worthy investment. It saves time and hassle and the heavy duty furniture is great. Ed at Sunset Beach Rentals is excellent to work with.<br/><br/>The property is well maintained and appointed. My (sainted for putting up with us) 73 year old Mom loved the elevator. Maybe most important to me, the house is well thought out with regards to beds. There aren&#x2019;t bunk beds crammed into every nook and cranny in an effort to have a high sleep number. This made the house feel so much more homey. <br/><br/>To try to sound even a little balanced, I&#x2019;d say that a sharper set of knives would be nice, but that&#x2019;s me being spoiled with mine. And I couldn&#x2019;t figure out how to turn on the lights under the deck (it got dark while grilling) or turn off the lights in the beach gear room... but both of those are probably me being daft. <br/><br/>All in all, I couldn&#x2019;t recommend this property higher.

It was a great week in Navarre Beach. The house was great and the location was incredible. The water was absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful beach front property! Elevator was wonderful to have when loading and unloading groceries and suitcases. Home beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed! No issues, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! This is the first time we have stayed in a place with an elevator, and it was a lifesaver! The master bed was really uncomfortable, and they tried to fix it, but it didn't help. They said that they may replace it. Hopefully they will. But that was the only problem we had.

Another great vacation at this wonderful townhome on the gulf. This was our second year at this rental and once again it was fantastic. This home has everything (and i mean everything) you need for the beach, or casual or gourmet meals. The view is spectacular. Great for families or friends vacationing together. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. It is clean and well furnished. We look forward to our trip next year. So sad to have to leave. Beautiful quiet place.

This townhouse was far beyond our expectations. Location, location, location it was wonderful. The view was spectacular, the kitchen had everything you would need, the rooms were very spacious, it was clean and had plenty of supplies for the beach. They called to let us know on Saturday the elevator was broke but they had someone driving to Destin to pick up the part. We arrived around 4:30 and the elevator was fixed by 5:00. We will definitely be back.

Really nice condo, more appliances and utensils than we have ever had before in any rental unit anywhere. Elevator was the stuff for unloading luggage on arrival, groceries, and packing up to leave. Hope to be able to rent the same unit for next year.
