This home is pet-friendly with a $200 Non-refundable pet fee and sleeps eight. You and your guest will enjoy sitting on the deck with your favorite beverages while watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset. This fenced-in property will keep your children and pets safe while they run and play. This home welcomes you to a spacious, open living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, even a crockpot, making meal prep easy. You and your guests can gather around the eating bar area and dining table to enjoy meals together. The comfy furniture in the living room provides the perfect seating area for talking and watching your favorite streaming movies and shows. You can connect to the WiFi by entering the username and password provided for you. The master bedroom has a king bed, an attached bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with an attached bathroom. Bedroom three will have a full-sized bed and a twin bunk bed with an attached bathroom. These two bedrooms share a balcony access. There is also a half bath for guests.
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Property Manager cannot guarantee that these amenities will be work during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt to disable, redirect, or obscure the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Property Manager.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Cleaning supplies, paper products excluding toilet tissue and paper towels, are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs
2 laundry tabs
1 small bottle of liquid dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial-size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will be a bath towel set for each guest
Full Baths will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, trial-size hand soap, beauty bar, shampoo, and conditioner
