In comparison to other rentals I have stayed at at Ledges, this rental was ok. It lacked some of the "extras" that other rentals have such as poll toys for the pool or games for the kids as well as some extra kitchen things like a Keurig (it did have a traditional coffee pot, but no coffee). The TV and internet did not work well most of the time and we had to use our personal hot spots which was frustrating as we had paid for a movie and then were unable to watch it. Overall, it was fine, but I would probably rent a different house in the future for the price we pay to stay there.

Our vacation rental was a spacious town home with room for 12. We had a party of 9, who stayed for 12 days. The rental was stocked with all of the necessities, the pool and grounds were beautiful and conveniently located. Two minor problems with the rental were addressed quickly by maintenance and the hosts were gracious in their timely responses. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

Everything was stocked, and ready to move in like your own house. Furnituree is clean & up to date with a very new feel. Lots of tv connection options and wifi was great. Bedrooms were well sized, and very comfortable beds. It was just across the street from the pool & hottub stocked with lots of towels and blankets. Overall great atmosphere, clean and a wonderful home away from home stay.

The condo was perfect for our family, and so was the weather. It was nice to escape the snow and see the sunshine. We even extended our stay a day because we were having too much fun. Loved the location, and the condo gad all that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our two-week stay and especially appreciated the heated pool, nearby pickleball courts, and easy access to Snow Canyon and other hiking areas. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was generally well-supplied, and the washer and dryer were very useful. It was too cold to spend much time on the upper deck, but it looked like a fun place to hang out on a sunny day. A few things could have been done better. We stayed for two weeks and there was no cleaning or laundry service during that time. There were only 6 dishwasher detergent pods, so we had to buy more, which was a bother. We also had to buy liquid dish detergent because the small bottle provided was totally inadequate. There were no general cleaning supplies, so there was no way to do any cleaning ourselves. Two weeks was too long to not be able to clean. There was also no cloth or sponge for cleaning counters. The quality of the kitchen knives was poor (typical of a rental, we have found, so we brought our own). Also, some of the pots and pans were flaking and needed to be replaced.

Everything was great. Comfortable beds, huge dining table, new appliances, etc. The only thing I would recommend is having mesh wifi. About half the house doesn&#x2019;t get great connection, internet speed also not blazing fast.

Family friendly house with nice amenities and well appointed.

The property was very nice and quiet - not too close to the pools and paddleball courts. We experienced some trouble with the gas stove top getting disrupted with too much downdraft from the rangetop fan, but eventually figured out with the help of a guest that we simply could not have the fan on a speed higher than medium.

We found Desert Solace to be very easy living for four adults. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. We would stay again.

Great area of St George and perfect house. We golfed at Ledges, visited snow Canyon and thorough enjoyed the perfect home and pool

Rented a condo (Desert Solace) for a guys reunion trip. Everything worked out so well. 'The Boys' loved the space and hot tub. So close to Snow Canyon and Zion isn't far away either. 10 out of 10 for everything. You have a loyal customer.

We liked this home and it was a great place to stay. However, we were surprised by a few things. This car had a one-car garage - which actually didn't fit a car. With the water heater and garbage can inside, there isn't much room for a car. And the actual opening for a car is not enough. We tried to go in and backed right on out because it was too tight for our mini-van. We stayed parked in the driveway with one car and didn't use the garage. We had a second vehicle and with no street parking allowed, we had to go on one of the designated streets for overflow parking. There is also a large gutter to go up to get in the driveway that scraped our cars and you could tell that happened for others too. Most of the cars in the community of people who were staying were large and everyone had to find alternate parking. There were a few guest spots near the homes - but getting in them scraped our cars, so we opted for street parking a distance away. Even those with a 2-car garage really only had room for one car. This seems like a major flaw in the community. We had issues with the tv system as well. They use Apple TV and the remote was not intuitive and could benefit from instructions on how to use it and the other various remotes. We had to watch a YouTube video. Also, the WiFi was a struggle. As a guest, you get your own WiFi, but, it's limited. They had the TV streaming apps on the owners WiFi, so TV viewing was difficult. We tried to cast from our phones which worked for some streaming apps, but, not all. A Roku with buttons and more instructions would be helpful rather than the gesture remote from Apple. Overall, we were satisfied with the living area of the home. But, with so many options in the rental market, we would not choose to stay here again because of these issues.

Desert vacation, loved the pool, the house, the location

Updated spacious unit. Beds are so comfy. Patios and gas firepits were a plus. Three bedrooms are upstairs, one bedroom doesn't have private bath, but right across hall. Master bedroom on first floor. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Our party was 3 couples and we never felt cramped. I would stay here again, longer next time.

The Desert Solace at The Ledges was better than expected. I give it a 10/10. The house was super clean and furnished great. Would definitely stay here again 100%.

Nice modern decor easily accommodated our party of 9. Lots of thoughtful extras like the gaming system (we must have played a hundred games of Galaga), kitchenware, a handheld vacuum, remote controlled bedroom fans, remote garage door opener, etc etc etc. Property was VERY clean and in excellent condition. It is located a bit north of St. George but easy in and out from Hwy 18. The only trouble we had was with the upstairs A/C thermostat which didn't seem to control the temperature very well. Overall great property.

We were very happy with our rental. It was very clean and loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. The balcony was a real plus. We couldn't have been any happier with it and would definitely stay again when in St. George.

upon arrival the place was spotless and was beautifully decorated. Our boys loved playing the arcade while my husband and I sat on the beautiful top deck watching the sunset. The heated pool was wonderful and we enjoyed barbecuing on the back patio, which had a very large outdoor table to dine at. We visited Zion for the day, which was a scenic 40 minute drive. We will definitely be back to this beautiful and comfortable property.

We loved the residence, the pool, the surrounding mountains and the entire community

We stayed at Desert Solace for two nights for a friend get-together. The condo was amazing! We were worried about having enough beds for a large group but we had more than enough. There are tvs and apple tvs in every room set up with hundreds of movies, a huge 4 player arcade game, and anything else we would have wanted. We will definitely be back soon

My stay at the Desert Solace was perfect. First of all, the furnishings and attention to detail were amazing. Everything we needed was provided. I loved that there were 4 bathrooms and that the mattresses on the bed were top notch. I usually never sleep that well on another bed. I previously stayed at another property at the Ledges and it was not near as nice as the Desert Solace. I will definitely choose this property again. Thank you Desert Solace!

The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It is close to the pool and the bike trail is fun for all. The grandkids loved the arcade and Nintendo system. We love the location because you are close enough to St George but out the the traffic and hustle.
