Hands down, our very favorite vacation home at the ledges.

We are currently living in Arizona and met up with our family in St. George, UT, to celebrate my parent's 70th birthdays. There were four families plus our parents. We had such a wonderful time there together. This rental made it all possible. The home was spectacular and had accomodations for all of us. Everything felt modern, spacious and perfectly maintained. I was a little worried that the amenities wouldn't be all we had expected. They were better than we could have imagined. Everything was ours to use and we didn't share any of it with other guests. It was all private. Also, since it was March and was a chilly weekend, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to enjoy the pool. Fortunately, it was heated and was actually very warm and comfortable from the first step into the water until the last step out. There were a ton of activites to keep the kids, teens, young adults and adults entertained the entire weekend. My only regret is that we didn't book it for longer. I would highly recommend renting this property. You'll love it.

Wonderful home and location. Extremely clean, well furnished, beautifully decorated. It had every amenity that you would need. One of the best vacations our family has taken together.

This is the greatest vacation home that we&#x2019;ve ever stayed in at the Ledges! We&#x2019;re getting ready to book it again. It&#x2019;ll be a constant for us every year now. <br/><br/>It&#x2019;s got everything that you need, whether you just want to relax or cook a gourmet meal. It&#x2019;s all there.

This was the most amazing place for myself, 7 kids, and my brother's family. There was plenty of space. The amount of amenities provided were more than enough to entertain the kiddos, while adults relaxed. The house was super clean. If you are looking for an immaculate and clean house to stay for a vacay, this is it! We will be scheduling again! Also, the management was very quick to respond to any inquiries!!!

What an EXPERIENCE! This home is unreal! From the pool, to the pickle-ball court, to the basketball court, to the game room, to the playground to the garage space, to the indoor/outdoor SONOS system that you can connect your phone with, to the three thermostats you can adjust according to desire. The owners spared no expense in providing a 5 star experience. The home was spotless, linens were readily available, and there were three different spots to do laundry. The pool lights up all different colors which made night swimming fun and exciting for kids and adults alike. There is a jumping rock that the kids loved doing tricks off of into the pool. The hot tub is integrated into the pool so you can go from one to the next and not freeze getting there. The shallow spot next to the hot tub would be perfect for the lounge chairs in the summer time. The fireplace is fun to warm up in February after pool time. Kids loved the playground area! We were able to do our family reunion there with 5 families comfortably. Kids loved the bunk room and battled for who got to sleep there. Entertainment was great as we could log into various streaming services. Over all a great experience.

We were so excited to stay at the Desert Mirage&#x2014; it was everything we hoped it would be, and more! The home itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. We liked that every family had a large private bedroom, while also enjoying the spacious group gathering spaces. The kitchen was fully functional and well-stocked with cooking tools, and enough place settings for a very large group. The backyard was beautiful, and we enjoyed full use of the grill, pool, spa, pickleball courts, and play set. The management company was very easy to work with. Booking was simple and straightforward, and they were helpful in answering a few questions that came up during our stay. The location of the house was fantastic. We really enjoyed being so close to the Chuckwalla bike trail, and within easy driving distance to other mountain biking, as well as Tuacahn. In short, this beautiful home was the perfect place for our extended family vacation, and we would love to stay again!

Golf trip with four other couples. Main draw was the private pool. Cover not working. Major save by Mgmt by letting us move to the house next door. Very nice! Some bugs as anticipated due to last minute move. Issue with iPad spa/music controller resolved by mgmt.

We had an amazing family vacation! Loved the house!! <br/>I only gave 4 stars because the (fitted)sheet on all the beds came off every night. You basically would lay down any it would pop off. They need to invest in good sheets... this doesn&#x2019;t happen on my own bed at home... <br/>also, there was no sand for the shuffle board table so it wasn&#x2019;t possible to play. I did call the management company @ this on the day we arrived and they said they would contact the owners but we never received any sand.

It is a beautiful home with countless amenities. Highly recommend for creating memories with your family! Our friends recommended and it was amazing!

4 couples spent a few days at The Ledges. Everything was marvelous, 100%. Amenities were tip top. Everything was clean. 2 PB courts, spa, firepit, management folks - paradise. We hope to return soon.

Desert Mirage was absolutely the best stay for our family of 12. We had 8 Adults and 4 Kids and We spent almost every moment either outside or in the game room. It was such a memorable vacation. We are planning on coming again in the summer. We received texts before, during and after our stay making sure we had everything that we needed. If you are considering the Ledges, don't hesitate it was so wonderful. It was our Christmas before Christmas get together.
