We love The Ledges. This was our second time staying and in the same rental as before. We enjoy the pools and pickle ball courts. The landscape around and proximity to town and Snow Canyon is excellent. Love having the bike rental right there as well. The only complaint would be our particular rental is not equipped very well and could use a little more cleaning in the living and dining area. We will choose a different condo on our next visit. Other than that, we loved our stay!

We stayed at the Ledges in March 2023 for a golf vacation. Dan was fantastic in booking tee times for us and making changes when the weather turned bad. The Ledges was a very enjoyable course to play and everyone there was extremely nice. The course marshal stopped us twice during our round to chat and thank us for coming out. <br/><br/>Since the weather was so bad, we didn't get to enjoy the outside space (pickle ball courts, or hot tubs) like we had hoped. Everything inside the townhouse was great - exactly like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The complex is still very new and everything was in good working order. The townhouse was also very quiet, which we enjoyed. <br/><br/>Some reviews made it sound like the Ledges was very out of the way and inconvenient but we didn't feel that way at all. It was a short drive (10 minutes maybe) to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. <br/><br/>Despite the awful weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice clean property, we had 4 guys that came and stayed here, the only downside was there was only 3 rooms and 3 beds, the other beds were bunk beds that weren't suitable for an adult.

Loved everything about our stay at The Ledges Gold Club! Would absolutely recommend and stay here again! was perfect for our needs.

Spacious, comfortable & well appointed unit with a great loft that included football and video game unit. Wonderful 2nd floor patio with gas fire feature. Comfortable beds, great location on the 18th fairway, multiple large tv&#x2019;s

Very nice place, good location.

Stayed 5 weeks in this lovely vacation area and enjoyed the quiet mornings on the patio waking up to the sunrise and golf course activities. The afternoons on the rooftop patio for sunsets and happy hour were beautiful. This place had all amenities needed and the place was well kept and clean. Snow mountain was within biking/ walking distance and was perfect spring weather for outdoor activities. We golfed at Ledges golf course many times always being welcomed and felt like members! Love this place and the wonderful people of St. George.

It was beautiful and quiet in the area that we stayed. Dan that helped us with our reservation was amazing! So helpful with everything! The place was so clean when we got there!! Love our stay!!

All said and done it was a great location and community for our purposes. Size of the home was perfect for four adults, anymore that that would be crowded. Property was very clean. Perhaps the only issue is the BBQ was hardly clean. The property book suggest it&#x2019;s required to be cleaned by the previous user. It was not at all satisfactory. We cleaned it to use it and we cleaned it when we left. Pool community was delightful and more than satisfactory. Thank you.

Property was amazing and we loved to golf at The Ledges.

This is the third time we have stayed at different properties at The Ledges and have truly enjoyed it each time. Dan sets us up with great tee times to play golf and then we can relax at the property. Every home is clean and has all the amenities you need. We have recommended The Ledges to all our friends at Cobble Creek to try! We truly enjoyed our meal at their Fish Rock Grill!

The property was all that we expected. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Customer service responded to our questions in a timely manor. We golfed, enjoyed a nice meal at the clubhouse, the parks and nature sites nearby are easy to access and we were impressed how well the trail system is developed. We look forward to coming back.

The accommodations were rooming and perfect. Setting was very comfortable and quiet. Very close to Zion and Bryce Canyon.

Good location to Snow Canyon and close enough to downtown. Adequate space for our party of 6. Could comfortably fit more.

Amazing condo, process was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was large, spacious, spotless and we all loved the big sectional upstairs to watch movies together. We had everything we needed and loved the proximity to Snow Canyon.

The house is large and fit our family of 7 easily. The home is well stocked. I would absolutely come and stay here again.

Such a beautiful view and very comfortable condo. Beds are super comfortable and living room space is very functional and all the necessities are available. Loft is amazing for the kids and sectional is suoer inviting.

It was so nice to get away and get down to this little piece of heaven. The house was very nice and had all the things I needed to make myself at home. Pool was super and kids loved the pickle ball courts.
