To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.  

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests who wish to smoke are encouraged to use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 

 Cleanliness: Clean Up After Yourself: Guests should maintain a clean living space during their stay. This includes cleaning up after meals, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash in designated bins. 

 Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the outdoor bins located in the backyard. Ensure all trash bags are sealed tightly. 

 Pet Policy: Pets are allowed as per the pet policy (up to 2 dogs, under 50 lbs, with a pet fee and refundable deposit). Pets must be kept under control at all times.  Pet Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. If pets cause any damage, it will be the responsibility of the pet owner. 

 Safety and Security: Lock Doors and Windows: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. This is for your safety and security during your stay.  

Outdoor Supervision: If pets are allowed outside, guests must supervise them in the yard to ensure they don’t escape.  Fire Safety: The property is equipped with fire extinguishers. Please familiarize yourself with their locations and the escape plan in case of an emergency. 

 Parking Rules: Please park your vehicle in the designated driveway or parking area only. Do not block any other vehicles or entrances. 

 Report Damages: If any damages occur during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Charges for damages may apply. 

 Use of Appliances: Please use all appliances in the house (e.g., oven, microwave, air conditioning) as intended. If there is an issue with an appliance, contact us for assistance.  Energy Conservation: We kindly ask guests to turn off lights, air conditioning/heating, and appliances when not in use to help conserve energy. 

 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Be considerate of the neighbors and the surrounding area. 

 Prohibited Items and Activities: Illegal Activities: No illegal activities or substances (e.g., drugs, weapons) are permitted on the premises. 

No Fireworks or Open Flames: Fireworks, candles, and open flames are prohibited inside the house or on the property. 

 Maintenance Issues: If any maintenance issues arise (e.g., plumbing, electrical, appliances), please report them immediately so we can address them in a timely manner.
