Spacious well maintained unit. Comfortable updated furnishings. We were able to make ourselves at home. Great golf in Hawaii for $50-$75 per round! We will be back!

Very clean and roomy. Upgrades everywhere, from kitchen cabinets, faucets, etc. Very convenient location, near everything! Great walking paths, close to a gorgeous beach. You don't ever have to leave the area. Golf courses, shopping centers restaurants, a grocery store are all within the villas.

This was my third time to the big island and second time staying in the Waikoloa area. This condo is just perfect! I have nothing negative to say. If I was forced to critique one thing, it would be that the pool closest to the condo does not have a hot tub. The hot tub is located at the pool at the other end of the complex - an easy drive away but not as convenient. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and beach supplies, plenty of sitting areas. My husband loved that the sidewalk was lit around Waikoloa Beach rd so he could run before sunrise every morning.<br/><br/>The check in and out process was super easy - everything was in the app that was provided prior to checking in. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife, two year old son, and I stayed at Colony Villas number 204 for a week. Everything we needed from dishes and cookware to everything to visit the beach was included we were more than surprised at all the supplies available that made our stay feel like we were at home. The Villa was absolutely gorgeous with tons of space and vaulted ceilings, Roku TV, and 2 balcony. Our two year old loved going up and down the stairs, playing in the pool, and all the birds in the area.<br/><br/>A few minor call outs were the floors needed to be cleaned better. Our feet were pretty dirty after walking around for a couple hours. Some of the dishes and blankets were not fully cleaned. And we found female underwear behind dresser in 2nd bedroom. <br/><br/>Despite those issues We will be back for sure to stay with KOHALA COAST PROPERTIES.

We loved our stay in this Condo. It was as advertised, even though Kohala Coast was the new owner of the property and we booked it with the prior owner. The process went smoothly. Check-in was easy. Neighbors were friendly. The condo had plenty of beach gear we were able to use. We loved it. We did have 2 big centipedes show up in the kitchen during our stay, but that may just be Hawaii thing.

Golf membership privileges were a great added bonus. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Linens and beach gear (boogie boards) could use updating.

Our stay was awesome. My wife and I planned this getaway to celebrate our anniversary and had some friend join us in Waikoloa for a fun time. The unit is located right next to one of the pools and we got to get some nice R&R out there. This unit had everything we could have needed from beach gear to extra bedding for one of our friends who joined us. The unit overlooks the tee box of hole 9 on &#x201C;the kings course&#x201D; which I loved as a golf fan! (Be sure to take advantage of the golf discount offered with this condo, saves quite a bit for you if your playing golf. <br/>Great place to stay and great location to explore all of Waikoloa resort area! <br/>Thank y&#x2019;all for such a great experience.

The experience was fantastic. The place was well kept, well managed, as was any communications with management.

We&#x2019;ll stocked with beach gear. Super convenient location. Close to great beaches, golf, shopping and good food.

Our stay was perfect. <br/>The condo was beautiful and conveniently located to retauarants, shopping and amazing beaches. They really thought of everything in this unit to make our stay more comfortable... including snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas. The management company was very responsive and the property was clean and well maintained. It was kind of sad to leave this little slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!!

#204 was an absolute oasis of relaxation during a busy 10 day trip for us. The accommodations were roomy (2B, 2.5 Ba), spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need during a stay (including dishes, cookware, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels). <br/>The property felt like a resort. This condo is towards the back of a well-maintained property and was very quiet during our stay. I loved that one of pools was located mere steps from our door, our condo had a lanai and a balcony overlooking the golf course (which we used every morning), and even had a washer/dryer. Additionally, Colony Villas is conveniently located by 2 shopping centers that have grocery stores (which we frequented).<br/>All this, coupled with the golf discount...we'll definitely be returning.
