This house was a great Basecamp for our visit to St George. We love the Ledges and have rented a few different houses over the last couple years. They've all been very nice.....this particular home was excellent! The private backyard pool and hot tub was awesome. This being an actual home, away from the condo side of the ledges, we felt like we were the only people around. It was so peacefully screaming kids at the community pool to listen to while sitting outside enjoying the sunsets. We will be back with the entire family....kids and grandkids as this house will fit everyone. The automatic pool cover was a nice feature so when we do bring the littles, we won't have to worry about them. Kitchen was nicely stocked for meal prep and the layout of the home would give everyone ample space. We are actually considering buying at the ledges

We really enjoyed this rental. The home had plenty of space for everyone in a nice neighborhood. Looking at the pictures we knew it would be a nice home but we were still surprised when we walked in.

It was a very peaceful and amazing weekend to just relax take in some golf and massage and just unwind for the weekend great surroundings and incredible food if you are in the mood to enjoy this is the place to come to

House was spotless and very architecturally stunning. We enjoyed the kitchen, massive living area that is both indoors and outdoors. I enjoyed golf at The Ledges and the driving range. Highly recommend this spacious house.

Loved the consierge services. Everyone was soooo nice and professional from Ledges, Fish rock grill, spa massages etc. the home was great. Comfortable, clean, spacious. I think it is so new they are working the kinks out ( don’t need to post this part...the pool was cloudy. Couldn’t get the chemicals right, the dishwasher was out of service, but we did not mind washing by hand. Splash area behind the sink, needs attention because the water is damaging the wall). Seriously, because our crazy Healthcare working jobs...we don’t sweat the small stuff so please know we are not complaining ... just want y’all to know about those issues, but I think y’all already do. ThAnk you. We give it the highest rating. ♥️♥️♥️�� the private pool means ALOT to us so when there was only one day that the water was not cloudy, that was our only disappointment

The house is not only beautiful, the location is scenic & perfect. We stay in many rental properties & this house is probably the most organized & well equipped house we have been in. The decor was nice & the beds were very comfortable. Everything is very clean & organized. There are even labels on the light switches & inside the kitchen cabinets to let you know where everything belongs. The communication with the owner is excellent. The pool & hot tub were a nice plus also. It was overall a very enjoyable stay & I would recommend it to other travelers. It is a relatively new development so there was quite a bit of construction on our street so it was a little noisy by the pool but inside the house you could not hear anything.

Very nice home, exactly as pictured! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The home was stocked with everything we needed even a spare coffee maker luckily because the one they had on the counter never worked. The hot tub and pool were very clean as well. Great home to spend a week of vacation in and in a good location. We would definitely return. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

This was our first year planning a vacation over Christmas and New Year's Day, and we are so happy that we chose to stay here. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the home was even decorated for Christmas! That was such a bonus. My kids loved the pool and the Xbox that was in the bunk room. The home is very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The Ledges staff was excellent to work with as well. We had them grocery shop for us ahead of time, and if there was anything we needed, they were quick to help out. We would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting friends in St George and couldn't have asked for a better home. Great rooms, wonderful amenities. Attentive host. All we could ask for.

The house was perfect for our family. It was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Great location just outside of St. George, easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Gorgeous and peaceful backyard. We encountered a minor problem in the middle of the night and Kimberly with the management company was available and very helpful in solving the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautiful and spotless upon arrival. Everything was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pool area was great, and we all had a great time. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Home was beautiful, clean and family friendly! Home had its own hot tub and pool as well as the community hot tub and pool - within walking distance. Golf Club was great for activities and food when we didn't want to cook!!

We absolutely loved this house. The second we stepped into the home we knew we'd be booking this rental again and for longer. The master bedroom and bathroom were magical. My kids were so excited about the shared double bunk bedroom. Because of the private pool and hot tub we didn't have to stress about packing up and leaving to go anywhere with our 4 kids. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was thoughtfully labeled. We loved everything about this house and have no complaints. This house was exactly what we were looking for and we will book it for our bi-annual St George trips from here on.

Beautiful home in a very quiet location.Very nice decor and had All small appliances and more than we thought would be there. Great weekend getaway for Us,will rent again if available.

Absolutely lovey home. The entire house layout was perfect for gatherings, especially the kitchen which included every possible kitchen utensil and gadgets for someone who likes to cook. Location was perfect for meeting up with friends from California and Montana. We had hot weather during our stay so the outside covered patio was appreciated. Definitely will stay here again.

The aesthetically designed home is located in a beautiful setting. The home was clean and well-furnished. The great room, kitchen, and dining area are spacious which was accommodating for our family of eight. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Access to the backyard pool was very convenient.
