Very nice layout, comfy beds very clean needs more garbage bags and upgrade to two ply on the toilet tissue. The pool was fun for the kids, they need to check the south side of the pool very slippery when you are just getting in we had 3 adults that slipped and fell,safety issue. Over all we had a great time and would do it again.��

This home at Ledges is gorgeous. Linens are top notch, beds are very comfortable and the outdoor sitting areas were perfect. Definitely want to stay again.

Went on a trip with a group of friends and we were all able to have our own bedroom and bathroom and also a big area to hang out together. It was clean and cute and overall a great experience.

We’ve stayed in several rentals, and this one was by far the cleanest! It had everything there that’d you need to stay comfortably. The pool was right across the street which was very convenient with small kids. It is so spacious inside! I love that each room has its own bathroom! We enjoyed the private hot tub as well. The balcony was huge, and we enjoyed spending evenings out there!

This house was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. It was spacious, clean, and the rental management was extremely attentive to our needs. We had so much fun exploring nearby Snow Canyon and Gunlock Falls and then relaxing at the house/pool.

I was very impressed with this property all the way around. I would not hesitate to book it again or refer to a friend.

I'm not talking about the Dixie Chicks. But there is plenty of space, beds, and sitting areas for a big family.<br/><br/>The Hot tub neck pads were old and falling apart into the water. Hopefully they change those out.

Rented this house to stay at with my wedding party for my wedding at the ledges and the home was wonderful. I&#x2019;m not one for lots of words so I&#x2019;ll leave it with, I&#x2019;d stay here 100 times over without question. I wish every rental home I&#x2019;ve stayed in could be even half as nice.

We loved our stay! The house was clean and cute and stocked with everything we needed. Close to St. George. We loved the private hot tub! The beds and bedding were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

House was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of space. Loved that we weren't fighting over bathrooms and towels. Clean and beds were all comfy.

Our tennis team stayed in this property for 3 nights while competing in a tournament. It had everything we needed (except tennis courts) and we slept 7 very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and everyone was impressed with the beauty of the surrounding area. The only improvement that could have been made was that the hall bath upstairs, had very low water pressure and the shower curtain needed to be replaced! Also, the tub needs a rubber mat or non-slip strips installed as it was very slippery getting in and out of the tub.

The house and the location were perfect for our large group &#x201C;end is summer getaway.&#x201D; Layout of the home makes it comfortable to spread out, yet possible to all gather for a meal or games. Nice community pool is conveniently just across the street. Fully stocked kitchen equips guests for meals at home. Close to Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow State Park, and walking distance to the Ledges Golf Club. Well kept property and very clean. Great place! Hope to stay again!

This place is great! Clean, roomy, well stocked with anything you would need. Super close to the pool as well. The Ledges is tucked away enough to be quiet and off the beaten path but close enough to anywhere you want to get to in St. George. Great road access to all kinds of places....hiking, biking, shopping, restaurants, Tuachahn, Pine Valley, etc. We love this destination!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside Retreat. It was extremely clean, well stocked and presented just like the pictures (or better). The communication with staff was courteous and always very quick. We would definitely consider this unit for future stays in St. George.

The description was accurate. It functioned well for six adults. It was very clean with a well furnished kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and functional. Easy 15-20 minute drive to St George attractions.

Overall the stay was great! Great location. <br/><br/>With a family of 13 staying for over the Thanksgiving weekend. We needed more garbage sacks etc. <br/>I contacted the office to get more. <br/>I got the run around, about my request. <br/>Office personnel acted as if I had asked for a pot of gold. Not wanting to give me too many. I can only assume they thought I might take the extra bags home. <br/>I was a bit put off by the way I was treated. <br/>This was all over 10 garbage sacks. How much could they cost??<br/>As a renter who paid well over 3500.00 to stay, not sure the cost of 10 garbage sacks was a big ask. <br/><br/>Yes, I would stay again. Just don&#x2019;t want others to have the same frustration I did over 5 cents worth of plastic bags. <br/>

WE had an overall Very Positive rental experience. This condo - Cliffside Retreat - was beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. Our family members who stayed here were extremely comfortable and pleased. Thank you for all your care.

The house is beautiful, and it was extremely clean. The location is a good option if you want to know St George and Zion park. We were very happy with everything in the house!

The townhouse was beautiful. It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. I can't say enough good things about this rental. Very happy with our decision to stay there.

Family Reunion

This allowed us to have enough room for our family enjoy the amenities and relax with comfort at a great price.

We had so much fun in our rental, it made it hard to leave. The location was perfect being right across the street from the pool. My kids loved having their own private hot tub out back as well. The home was well furnished with bath and pool towels, and the kitchen had everything you needed with plenty of dishes. Lots of room for everyone to hang out, and it was supplied with games, a Pac-Man arcade, and an xbox. The home was clean and had great bed configurations. We will be back for sure!

This house was wonderful! I would stay here again. We had 10 adults and 3 grand kids. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. I loved how well the kitchen was stocked! Plenty of dishes and utensils. We had all cookware that we needed. It made it very easy to do a bit of grocery shopping so we didn't have to eat out all of the time. The location was great. We just walked across the street to hit the pool. (The other pool was very close as well). We also loved the private hot tub at the house. (We took advantage of that!) Plenty of towels for home use and pool use. (They did have a slight sour smell, though). The drive into St. George was no big deal, and it was actually quite nice to be away from the "busy." Loved this location and house. Definitely would recommend!
