The condo was big, clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

This was perfect for a friends group of 9 for a trip to mammoth. We were able to fit all the girls on one floor with their own shared bathroom and mens in one floor with their own shared bathroom. The property had everything we needed and was cozy. Easy check in and check out

The location is great , to many restaurants and stores around but is absolutely quaint and cozy place we love it

I enjoyed my stay once again. The condo is in a great spot and overlooks the pool and grassy area. Pretty comfortable beds and sleeps 8ish.

8 of stayed at this condo over the weekend. It was a good experience. It's close to Vons, on shuttle route, easy parking.

All in all, this was a great property for a larger group of people. There were 8 of us, and we fit very comfortably. The only issue was none of us could connect to Wifi, and the oven didn't work, and we didn't know it did not work, so we had thought to use it, and we couldn't. That was kind of a bummer. But, you really can't beat the location, as it was walking distance to shops and restaurants, and right next to the bus/trolley route.

close to all things in mammoth proper. clean and plenty of towels, and blankets. heaters in every room. dishwasher looked kind of old so we didn't use it. there are stairs up to kitchen, so beware if you have physical issues. otherwise, would recommend and it was reasonably priced for the amount of actual beds. noone had to couch surf!

Loved this unit! Lots of room and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion: move the Master bedroom upstairs. Didn't want to leave kids upstairs by themselves. This unit is a perfect location to catch a shuttle that takes you anywhere in town. Also, the area is quiet!!

Nice condo. Very large. Great location, centrally located in town. Queen sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable and was not usable as an extra bed. Would definitely stay here again.

We did not have one thing to complain about the whole time we stayed. We are planning to return soon!

Was very nice. Nice location, quiet, pool and spa right outside back door. walking distance to everything and if it wasn't the trolley stop was right outside the complex. trolley is free by the way. great time, that is why I have been coming here for 30+ years.

Overall a 3 stars out of 5. Not enough large pots to cook in, we had to buy a larger pot (for 10 people) to cook and in Mammoth the selection for pots and pans is very limited. For a unit that accommodates 10 people the kitchen was unsatisfactory. Not enough utensils and pots. The crock pot was very small too. Luckily we had our own crock pot we have bought a larger pot for soup and stew. Also my wife had to wash all the dishes and utensils because we found mice excrements in half of the drawers in the kitchen and cabinets. We had a very small garbage container (and no recycling containers at all) and only 4 garbage bags for 7 days. We had to buy garbage bags. Not enough dish washing liquid to run 7 charges (one a day). We had to buy our own. No dish sponge or any other alternative we end up buying a lot of cleaning supplies. There was no vacuum cleaner either so very difficult to clean spills from the carpet or any other room. No real fire place. This unit runs on pellets and they do not provide the attraction of a real fire in a nice mountain setting (sound and look). This is an old unit that needs a lot of remodeling. We stayed before at The Mammoth Condo Huntington building on Meridian Blvd and it was a lot better by far. Sorry I cannot recommend this to a friend.

I rented this condo with a group of friends for my birthday weekend and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of this vacation rental. I have stayed in hundreds of cabins in resort towns and this may have been the nicest place I have stayed in for the cost paid. The beds were comfortable, spa within walking distance, kitchen was fully equipped and bathrooms were nicely updated and clean. I and my group found not one thing to complain about with this rental property. The weather was less than amazing while I was on vacation, although we did stay and board in the extreme weather conditions. Luckily the place came with all the supplies we needed to clean after ourselves, cook in the place, and warm our soaking wet clothes from the strange rain we received that weekend.<br/><br/>I cant wait to book this property again. GREAT VALUE for an amazing spot.

We recently stayed at this condo while fishing the Mammoth lakes area. The accomodations were very comfortable; kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and bathrooms clean. The location near the pool/spa was nice; close but not noisy. I would recommend this unit.

This is my 5th year in a row staying with Mammoth Sierra and it will not be our last. Great trip. Cabins sleep a lot of people.

I am so pleased with this rental! 8 friends and I rented it for a weekend of skiing and it was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, comfy, and conveniently located (right by grocery store, close to bars/restaurants, less than 10 min from mountain). We will definitely be back.

Spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are definitely the biggest bonus.

This place is very cozy. Well kept. A home away from home. Very accessible to the bus stop.

It is a good unit with views of the pool and great breezes. A bit of a funky layout with bunk beds in the upstairs "master" and queen beds in the rooms downstairs. The kitchen is great and the tv perfect size. Nice deck and a patio out of lower bedroom. I'd pick this unit again.

This was a perfect place for our family's snow vacation. Spacious, clean, great layout of the main room and kitchen, kids loved the bunkbeds, close to shops. Management company was easy and on time.

Our group of 9 enjoyed the condo very much. The kitchen is well stocked with more than enough bowls and plates and cookware. We love the dishwasher! The appliances are all well maintained and of good quality. In fact, everything that is provided, bedding, towels etc, they are all good quality stuff, really appreciate the owner's thoughtfulness to make the guests feel at home. There were enough garbage bags and paper towels for our stay.<br/>The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the sofa bed in the living room. It's lumpy and worn out.<br/>We would come back in a heartbeat - if the weather is nice. Since there are only outdoor parking, digging the cars out every morning took quite a bit of time, but that's just our luck to have two consecutive non-stop snowing days. The property manager was very responsive and helpful to help us when our supposedly 4-wheel drive SUV rental got stuck. Thank you!<br/>

Only minor complaints: Unit could have been stocked with more TP and trash bags.

In general the condo is in good condition and the kitchen appliances were updated. That being said the new oven would not work and kept on turning off on us. The maintenance crew ended up coming over a couple of days in a row and they could not fix it. I know the oven going on the blink was not the property managers or the owners fault and they did try to fix it. At the end of the day they did compensate us for the broken oven with out me asking. We have been staying in this condo for many years and this was the first time we had any problems. We will be staying in this condo again next year!
