We had a great time at this rental! The view of the mountains are great, lots of space for the 8 of us. My only concern is that the water tank is small so we had to take quick hot showers or waited in between. But overall a good stay for a big group. Close to everything and easily accessible.

Make sure the rooms are detailed about what is there. I assumed all three bedrooms had a queen.

Very spacious condo and well equipped kitchen. Very close location to Vons and all the restaurants in that area. Nice unobstructed views of the mountains to the south and kiddie park right next door with access to walking, running, and biking paths that go around town. The queen beds are small but this place is clean.

Have used Mammoth Sierra Reservations for many years now and I am really happy with their properties. Always clean and ready when we get there.

The condo was perfect in every way. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was clean, spacious, and close to everything! The location was perfect and there's plenty of room for everyone. Bring extra towels as you only get 1 per guest.

I am very pleased with the entire experience. The condo was amazing and the entire staff (from the office to the gentlemen plowing the packing lot) were friendly and professional. The Condo was clean, spacious, and in a very convenient location in regards to the resorts. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Great place with a great view of the Sherwins! Close to the resort and Vonn's and myriad dining options. Check out the Mammoth close by for dining.

Rooms were clean, kitchen was nice...we didn't have issues with location

We have used Mammoth Sierra Reservations for several years now and have never been disappointed. The condos are always clean and well supplied. Reservations are easy and you can arrive late and your keys are there ready for you. I highly recommend them for your next trip to Mammoth.

Very simple rental transaction. Thorough in all communications with rental agency. You will be satisfied with the accommodations. Although the beds are a bit firm, but then again you may expect that from a rental. Super convenient to all the action in downtown Mammoth Lakes.

This was a great place for 6 ladies while we cheered on our kids who were racing. All the woman had a great time and we loved the trip and the facilities.

Overal great place to stay. Great view of the mountains and close to the hot tub. Great fireplace and living room set up also! One of the two showers didn't work which was a bummer with 8 people, but other than that it was nice

We had a great experience with this condo, we were able to reserve it online with a credit card with no funny business at all. The unit is almost exactly as pictured, although the kitchen and some of the furnishings are a bit dated. There is plenty of light and room in the condo, which for us was amazing. The pool and Jacuzzi were heated and amazing. The complex is on a couple different shuttle and trolley stops, and it is within walking distance to the Vons, and is adjacent to a really great park and trails. PERFECT for our summer stay. The management company was very friendly and answered questions quickly and professionally.

Awesome condo!! it has all the stuff (dishes, Trash bags, good heating, nice comforters, clean beds etc..) . Just take your food items and walkin.. nice view from the patio. Property was very clean.. Everything was great!!

We enjoyed a nice late Spring ski weekend in April 2016. The condo is literally behind the Stove parking lot with great windows that overlook the park and face the Sherwins and Mammoth Mountain. Wonderful views if that is your thing, but also so easy to walk to Vons, Mammoth Tavern, or a nice stroll on the McGee Creek path. I liked the balance of being located near the hustle and bustle of the town, but still enjoying the views. We walked to the park with our daughter several times, which was also nice. The layout of the condo is great and comfortably accommodated 6 adults. It could sleep more, but bathrooms might be a little tight since there are only 2. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the gadgets you would need and a few odd spices, etc. My only complaint is that the condo is a little dated -- while some updates have been made like the laminate wood flooring, the kitchen and bathrooms could definitely use a refresh. I also think the "cabiny" feel could be improved by taking down the old, dated paneling. Most of the furniture was very comfortable, but a few pieces could be inexpensively updated (coffee table, card table, sofa in sunroom) and the overall feel would be greatly improved. We had a great stay and would consider renting here again. If the suggested updates were made, we would definitely rent again.

Location was very good, close to Von's centrally located, odd layout with living room, kitchen upstairs was disappointed in the large 8-10 inch stain on the living room carpet. property quite dated the seat cushions on the kitchen table were torn and old and was not informed there was NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Yes I'm aware it's cooler up there but it was hot during the day. Need to provide more bath towels. It was fairly reasonable but a little underwhelming

End unit has great views!

Check in/check out was a breeze, just grab your keys and parking permit at the office, and drop off the keys at the drop off box at the same place. The office is only 2 minutes from the cabin, and there's a Vons right across the street which is a plus if you need to stock up any food/drinks/essentials. Plenty of food nearby as well. 10-15 minutes up to the mountain. The house was 2-story, the only down side is the kitchen and living room are located upstairs, so you need to climb up a stair to bring the food/drinks up. The kitchen, bath, and rooms are all fully equipped and very clean. There're three rooms and two bathrooms, so it's perfect size for a party of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Although there're two bathrooms,we would suggest not to take shower at the same time because hot water is not enough for two showers. So just take turn! We received wrong information in our email regarding to parking arrangement. It says "two assigned parking spots are located in a parking garage numbered #105"; however, we could not find any parking garage in the complex nor any numbered spots. We called the office immediately and figured out the information was incorrect. We just park in front of the house. Overall, the rental experience was better than what we expected. I would recommend this property!

Stayed here for two nights with a group of 8 for a ski/snowboarding trip.<br/><br/>This rental met all our expectations. It was in a very convenient location, close to the shuttle stops and Vons. The place was large, warm, and well furnished, and all 8 people slept comfortably. <br/><br/>The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans for cooking and plates/utensils for eating.<br/><br/>All in all, we couldn't be happier with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Mostly we loved the view, and we spent several hours one day just watching our kids play outside in the snow with a mountain view behind them. While the property was clean and well stocked, the furniture and carpets are pretty old and worn out which you cannot tell from the photos. The top bunk bed did not have a rail, which for my small children meant that none could sleep in it. Luckily we didn't need the 8th bed.

The place was really clean (a little stuck in the 70s but I like that), and within walking distance to almost. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay with you guys again. The only problems are, only being able to park two cars and that we had so much fun we'll probably need a bigger place next time because more of the family will want to come with.<br/>Thanks for everything, <br/>Billy and Suzanne Bailey.

We’ve been vacationing in Mammoth Lakes for 26 years and check in was quick and easy. The unit itself was a bit dated and had a musty odor as if it hadn’t been aired out. It was relatively clean minus some stains on the carpet. The upstairs rooms collect the heat of a the day and stay warm even with windows open, a fan would’ve been helpful. The refrigerator took a very long time to get cold enough to store our food. <br/>I chose the location due to its proximity to the park so I can get my grandson out there whenever possible but what I didn’t count on was the activities at the park after dark. It’s seems to be a hangout for some locals playing loud music and extremely loud conversations well in to the morning. We had to call authorities at 1:00 am on one occasion to help clear out the individuals and allow us to get some rest. I will not return to this unit.

The condo was fine. Quite older decor. My only real problem with this place was even with the few upstairs windows open, it was still WARM inside. This place could really use a ceiling fan AT THE VERY LEAST in the living room, but would be even better with one in all the bedrooms too. Just my suggestion for the owners !

Nice, comfortable and large condo. Sun room off of living room is nice and bright.

This property needs upgrades but is comfortable for a few day stay. Many of the lights were not working in the bedrooms. Kitchen utensils and amenities need an update. Perfect location next to the park. Also within walking distance to Vons and movie theater.

The unit is dated, but extremely well kept and clean. I will take dated and clean any day. I will definitely stay in this unit again.

This condo is a great size for a couple of families. It is so close to the bus so was very convenient.

We Love Chateau Blanc #25, It has an amazing view. The beds are too hard but we put up with that. Maybe they could put memory foam on them very inexpensive way to soften a bit.

Excellent. This was a perfect place for an extended family get together. Close to town, park next door for the, and a pool with a view of the mountains (never did find the sauna listed though).

Great location. Bigger than we ended up needing, but cheaper than some of the smaller options in the area. However, there was a nasty smell coming from the kitchen sink. Not sure what it was, maybe some old milk in the drains or something. But the beds were comfortable. Shower could have been cleaner.
