Great location- easily accessible to everything in area. House is comfortable and well stocked. Beds are great but pillows in some rooms need replacing. Great to have ability to do laundry. Hot tub was great and there is a large yard and great outdoor space. Too cold for us to swim, but pool is large and there is a lot of outdoor seating. Pricing reasonable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We rented as a group of golfers and played 4 different courses while there. All of them were really close and easy to get to from where we were. The house had all the amenities listed and more and our host/property manager went above and beyond in helping us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We did need to clean the grill briquettes and both tv remotes needed batteries replaced when we arrived I didn’t receive any contact from our assigned contact person until I reached out the day before our arrival, disappointing. The house was clean, needs new sofas and the pool table that’s displayed in pictures, is unusable/trashed from weather. Nice neighborhood and good location with a pretty pool/backyard .

The house was as advertised and met our needs perfectly. We were a party of 8, including two families. We used the outdoor grill, the hot tub, and even the pool (very briefly as it's chilly this time of year!). The location of the house is near a supermarket (Sprouts), movie theaters, and hiking trails in the McDowell Mountain Park Reserve. We cooked dinner in the house 6 nights out of 7 and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Overall, the house was great.

Overall it was a great stay! We've stayed at a couple of other homes in Phoenix/Scottsdale and this has to be one of our favorites. Plenty of room with a great backyard- what a layout! The hot tub capped off the trip during our December stay- hot! The house was very clean with plenty of room. My wife loved the kitchen with the new kitchen appliances that is stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The location is minutes away from the 101 and the neighborhood is very quiet. Wes was very helpful to access the home and answered my questions when we first arrived- thank you again. I would suggest some new bed mattresses in the near future but would rent this amazing home in a heartbeat again!

Casa Willow was the perfect escape for a long weekend with a few girlfriends. It provided all the amenities (& more) that we needed to enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Willow. Clean, comfortable and exceeded expectations! We did not use the pool because the weather was a little too cool. Property is close to grocery store, drugstore and shopping. Easy access to highways and attractions. We will definitely request Casa Willow again when we are in Scottsdale!

The house was clean but needs some updates. We were 6 guys on a golf trip so no big deal. the plugs all over the house were old and any phone charger we tried to plug in fell out.The main bath was moldy at the baseboard and needed calking.Ironing board would not stay upright.The property manager was good and responded to our requests.

The house is really nicer than shown in the photo's. Wes made contact before our trip and was quick to respond to our question while at the home. The location is close to the 101 and the home is easy to find. House was very clean and had everything needed for our great stay. I would recommend this property and would rent again

It was lovely to arrive from the airport and be let right into the property. The pool was very nice although none of the lighting worked in or around the pool. It would be nice to have a better list of where the extra things like towels (we went and bought outdoor towels before finding them)and I highly recommend taking pillows, the ones here are so flat, even after collecting them from each spare bed. We where disappointed that the propane tank lasted only a couple meals (dying half way through cooking dinner) and that the extra tank was empty, but to be fair the property manager did bring some the following day. All and all a very nice stay and the property was nice especially the private large, lush back yard.

The property is in good condition. Latitude8 provides a lot of information about restaurants, local attractions, etc. Their representative, Wes, was very responsive to our requests. The property was worth the rent we paid.

Second stay at this home. Location is close to the 101 and in a very quite neighborhood. The home was clean and had everything needed for our 2 week stay. Wes was quick to respond to any of our questions. We would stay again if available.
