The condo was great except for no TV or Internet service. The problem was fixed the day before our departure. We were compensated for the problem.
My family enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. There were only a few things that were an inconvenience. Some towel hooks in the bathrooms, a 12 cup coffee maker, and better shower head in the master. The accommodations were clean and the furnishings were in good condition.
Loved staying at Casa Lucia, was a perfect location between both parks.

Everything was nice and organized. Property owner was prompt in responding to all of my questions and concerns. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Great condo, very clean and fully stocked. Located close to everything. It was awesome. It was so nice after an a day at the parks to come to a place so close to like home. Will definitely rent this place again.
Fantastic condo, great location. Fully equipped. Only issue I had was there was no blankets or pillows for the pullout couch. Contacted the management company and they said they would bring some, we never got them. Otherwise it would be 5 stars all round, check in and out super easy.

Our project was to bring our niece and husband as well as the two children to live their first experience in Walt Disney, OrlandoSo we have to look to rent a condo with 3 sleeping rooms etc. Moreover this is the first time we rent a condo by going to the websites we were a little nervous to live this first experience.After being on the site of Home Away and share this intermediary on the site Buena Vida we learned about the different condos they rented in Kissemee.Our experience with Buena Vida went very well from recording to taking possession of the condo in Kissemee, everything went smoothly.We arrived before around 14:00 pm and the staff was cleaning the whole condo for our arrival. We took possession at 16:00 pm and everything was impeccable. We had a small problem with the ants on the balcony, we phoned the manager and in the next hour they came and proceeded to the elimination of the insects and everything was in order.We were completely satisfied and recommend Buena Vida for your next rentals.
