Nice 3 bedroom home a few blocks from N Scottsdale road and plenty of good dining and shopping. The yard is spacious with a large putting green, pool and hot tub though pool was unheated and was too cold to enter in December. The master bedroom has king size bed very comfortable with master bath with two sinks and a sunken rain shower. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open and spacious and we’ll accommodated visiting family. Only negative here is close proximity to Scottsdale airport and large volume of private jets and prop planes flying overhead. Very nice neighborhood. Would stay again.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT LOCATION, POOL, THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS ANIMAL HAIR ON FURNITURE AND KING SIZE BED.

We had a 5 to 6 week stay and enjoyed it very much. House is in a great neighborhood. It was too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub was really a nice way to end the day. The house was exceptionally clean, though worn in a few areas. The location is perfect for a Scottsdalem getaway.

Nice house and a great location, quiet residential neighborhood. We stayed about 5 weeks to hide from the winter. Although a bit worn in areas, the house is well laid out and has most everything you need. The weather did not permit us to use the pool, but we used the hot tub quite a bit. The house was spotless when we arrived and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

The home was just what I wanted to entertain siblings, children and grandchildren. Great outdoor space and plenty of room to gather for games and family dinners.

Loved the location of the property and all the amenities that the property had. It was like staying at your own private hotel resort. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool area is a fantastic area, comfortable to relax around the pool in the lounge chairs or on the cushioned sofas. the putting green was fun for some putting championships. Wes, the property manager, took care of getting the pool light replaced, as well as bringing over an umbrella for some shade around the pool. The inside of the house was well-stocked with all of the necessities. The A/C kept the house cool during 100+ degree days. The A/C did go out one day, but Wes had a repairman over the same day and it was back up and running the same day. He is a great resource and very responsive. The house is VERY conveniently located to anything we needed - grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, golf, shopping, gas stations, car wash, shopping, airport, coffee drive-thrus, did I mention shopping? :)

We were very pleased with all the help from Wes concerning the property and especially how to work the TV. We enjoyed the property and were sad we needed to leave early due to Covid 19.

Great rental experience. Was the perfect place for our group. Great layout, amenities were wonderful too. A lot of extra bedding and towels.

The stay was great. House was fantastic and just as advertised, with no surprises. There were tons of board games and cards and putting green was a great practice spot. Hot tub was an added bonus after a day on the course....pool was cold, couldn't use it, so can't rate. Property was a little out of the way, but neutral to everything. Property owner was good with communicating before getting to the property. Would definitely recommend!

House was very clean. Had all the amenities available and easy to access.

Although the weather was cooler than we were expecting, our family had fun staying at this home. Three couples had plenty of room to spread out, cook, watch TV, and play games. The outdoor putting green, hot tub, and pool table were a big hit with our group. Some of us walked home from the Kierland Commons outdoor shopping center, which was closer than we thought!

The location was great. The layout is open and it was stocked well with all the things you will need during the stay. There were a few odd things- the kitchen faucet was very loose, one of the TV's in the bedroom did not get cable at all which was frustrating for the couple staying in that room. One of the towels we opened had a stained pair of underwear fall out of it- probably got in there from the wash but was definitely not a highlight. It was too cold to use the pool while we were there, but it looked nice and we did like the outdoor area with plenty of seating and a pool table. Overall we had 3 couples and an infant and it was very comfortable.

Stayed as a group of 4 adults. Home was clean and well set up. Great place to enjoy what Scottsdale has to offer. Only negative was the pool loungers needed to be replaced.

Our family of 6 had a great time at the Casa De Palms. The house was nice and had all the amenities needed. Our family enjoyed the pool, putting green, pool table, hot tub and darts. There were only a couple downsides to this property. First, every morning there was a lot of debris from the surrounding trees that accumulated in and around the pool that had to be cleaned out/up prior to getting in the pool. Second, we had 2 unexpected visitors that showed up to take care of the pool during our 6 day stay. Other than that it was overall a good experience.

we had a wonderful time and the house was very nice. There were a few small items that we dealt with but really, overall very clean, great location and we would recommend it as well as come back again

Everything was perfect to provide our family with a relaxing getaway. The house was well maintained and the property manager responded promptly with any questions we had as we settled in for our stay. The house had everything we needed to be our home away from home for the week. Our only regret was that the pool could not be heated. We would totally return if the pool had the ability to be heated next time. The master bathroom also needs something to help with all the water that escapes when you use it. It gets very slippery if you don’t put down a towel/bath mat.
