Beautifully decorated condo with great views! The unit was very clean and well appointed. The AC worked perfectly and the pools and grounds were well maintained. The management company was easy to work with. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

We were very happy at Cass De Emdeko and unit 332. The location and property were great - amazing pools, private beach and directly on the ocean. The building was quiet and well maintained and our unit was well stocked. We had a wonderful time here and would not hesitate to reccomend or come back ourselves.

A great place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Far enough from Kailua and the noise, but only a few minute drive to all the shopping and restaurants. I especially liked the sandy area with the palm trees just off the salt water pool. Perfect place to sit and read, nap, or whatever. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a definite plus. One small problem though. We arrived back at the room late one night and a small package had been delivered addressed to a person we did not know. The next morning I called the resident manager and left a voicemail asking what we should do with the package. We never received a call back. What if our call to the manager was about a serious issue? That kind of bothered me. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
