*Casa will be replacing the chiller the week of 9/23/24 - 9/27/24.
Unfortunately, there will be no air conditioning at the residential or commercial buildings for five days because the chiller system will be turned off for repairs.*

One disappointment was that we were originally told by the property owner (when she was allowing bookings through a vacation rental site and not through Knutson) that there was a pack-n-play included at the unit for infants. Which was honestly one of the main reasons we chose this unit! But when the property was transferred to Knutson, I inquired with Knutson about whether the pack-n-play was still included and I was informed that it was not included. However, when we arrived (after hauling our pack-n-play from home) we were surprised to see that there WAS in fact a pack-n-play in the master closet for our use! That was super frustrating because the pack-n-play took up half of one of our suitcases and was a pain to haul around. But that's what happens when you book through a property management company like this instead of booking directly with the property owners on a vacation rental site!
