Location is super convenient. The amenities were wonderful. Infinitely pool was beautiful and I was even able to see some whale jumping in the morning.

My wife and I stayed here for a week before our sons arrived. This is the third rental condominium that we've stayed at that is managed by Knutson & Associates. Consistently have stayed at clean and well-managed rentals. Any problems that arise are handle quickly and resolved ASAP by Knutson.<br/>The rental was quiet and cool. AC was available for use when needed and was efficient and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Enough storage to unpack suitcases completely. Kitchen was adequately equipped and supplied with the necessities to keep it clean and to cook our meals. Could use an indoor dining table with chairs, but the lanai furniture made up for it.<br/>First floor location made for ease of access. Parking was close-by.<br/>My wife and I like the general area where Casa De Emdeko is located. Far enough from the "downtown" section of Ali'i Dr to be relatively unaffected by noise and crowds of people but close enough to easily walk there.

This rental met and exceeded our expectation for providing a convenient, comfortable property to enjoy Hawaii. The two pools were wonderful and the salt water pool oceanside was our favorite. The resort grounds were landscaped beautifully and the layout for chairs allowed for various areas to relax and soak up the sun. The property itself was very clean and kitchen was well appointed. The two fans kept it comfortably cool in the residence. It was convenient to have a liquor/market near the resort. We would definitely recommend this property for rental.

Nice condos with beautiful grounds and views of ocean. Nice sandy area with lounge chairs. Only complaint is there was no blow dryer in unit.

Great big island rental. Convenient location. Great facilities. Friendly neighbors. Could use more parking spaces but overflow lot is convenient.<br/>The property management company kept me informed on maintenance affecting my stay. I would stay here again.

We had no issues and when we reached out with questions to the property manager they were prompt and helpful. I have rented from Knutson in the past and will only rent from them in the future.

We had an excellent time! The property manager of this rental property was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to our text messages. This rental property is relatively close to Kona, HI sites/restaurants/shopping. The sunset views from here were fabulous! The staff at this location were nice and friendly! This little condo was perfect for my husband and I. Easy instructions on how to get there from airport, get into condo, wifi etc. It was super clean and had everything we needed.

The property is beautiful. The views from the waterfront are spectacular. The room (#105) was clean and appointed with all you need. However, the bed was horrible! It has a crater in the middle. You cannot help but to roll down to the center. Get a new one! The signage to the place was lacking as well. Arriving in the dark was impossible to know where to turn. We passed it a few times before figuring out where to enter.

We just finished a 4 day stay at the casa de emdeko! It was amazing as always! Everyone was welcoming and helpful. We called to report that our room was missing a coffee pot but had the maker. We told them we just wanted them to be aware for the next guest, and that we wouldn&#x2019;t need it. However the next morning they showed up with a new one! The room was extremely clean and had all necessary supplies. We cannot wait to stay again!

This fit us perfectly- quiet, oceanfront and convenient location. The cabana/pool area is a great gathering place to meet other vacationers and residents. The condo was adequately stocked with everything needed plus extras.

Perfect for what my husband and I needed. Kitchen is well stocked, the patio space is nice to get outdoors, and the space is in a central location, close to all tourist attractions but not too far from the local places we wanted to visit as well. Only downside is no AC but that is common on the island. Fans in all the rooms were helpful in keeping it cool!

Casa De Emdecko 105 is a great condo very well furnished & is a gated community, we have stayed at Casa De Emdecko on a number of occasions and find the complex on the whole very comfortable.

Our stay at Casa De Emdeko was honestly one of the highlights of our trip so far. The ocean overlook, the comfy beds, the bathroom that allowed privacy for those sleeping in the main room and the pull out was amazing - 10/10 would stay again!

Really liked the salt water pool.

We have stayed at this complex before and love the location. This year we had unit 105, very nice and clean. It is very quiet and nicely located in Kona. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

I can always find a less expensive rental but I doubt I could find one so close to the water and so comfortable. Really appreciate the water equipment as we used the snorkel gear and lounge chairs. Close enough to walk to town every morning and secure so we and the car were safe.
