Location was ideal. House was clean and well equipped. Kitchen was adequate but needs new dishwasher.
This was the second time we have rented this property. It is in a great location - close to restaurants, shopping and Scottsdale attractions. The house was clean and provided ample room for family who came to visit for part of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
We rented the house with another couple and our dog for the month <br/>of February. The house was clean, well furnished, and ready for <br/>our scheduled arrival. The kitchen was well equipped and had all <br/>necessary spices, cleaning supplies, etc., to get us started. <br/>There was an abundance of high-quality towels, sheets, and comforters, <br/>and the beds were very comfortable. Wes greeted the group to tour <br/>the house and demonstrate the operation of locks, TVs, internet, <br/>etc., and also did some minor repairs for us to make things fully <br/>operational. The online description and photos of the house <br/>are accurate. The house has been well maintained and is very <br/>comfortable. Yard service came every other week to maintain <br/>and thoroughly clean the grounds. Given the colder <br/>than normal February weather, we did not get to use <br/>the pool, but we enjoyed the outdoor patio area. We <br/>did use the gas BBQ several times without issues. <br/>This is a relatively quiet, moderately upscale <br/>neighborhood of very similar, well-maintained homes, but <br/>there was some amount of daytime road noise from a nearby <br/>street and airport noise from users of the nearby <br/>executive airport. It is a great location. It is <br/>good for walking, with a large golf course 1 block away, <br/>a nearby park, and plenty of sidewalks with pet waste stations. <br/>And it has supermarkets and smaller restaurants within <br/>walking distance and plenty of higher-end restaurants <br/>and shopping less than 1 mile away. Overall a very positive <br/>experience - would rent again.<br/>

We spent a month in this lovely home and it was just perfect. Very well appointed and had a great "homey" feel.
Other than the unusually cold winter (Jan/Feb) we enjoyed our stay very much at the Latitude8 property. Myles & Wes were great to work with. Had a couple questions the first couple days of our stay, Wes responded immediately. House was well equipped, pool & spa worked well, cleaned weekly as was the back yard patio. Couldn't expect any more. Highly recommend, we'll definitely return to Latitude8 properties.
perfect seperated air conditioning Systems for 2nd and 1rst floor , big space for 8-10 visitors , perfect pool and central Kirland Location 5 mins to Safeways and Frys .if traveling with 6+ People i would immidiatly rent it again ..Had a Problem with water flodding from upper shower into Garage and an blocked toilet and the housekeeper was there for us in 5 mins and organized professional help in 10 mins even on the Weekend ! 110Points from 100! best regards Arno Schindler , Germany !

Fantastic! The only thing better than the weather for the time we were there was the House!<br/><br/>Wes did a great job of welcoming us and watching over us while we enjoyed the property.<br/><br/>The spacious house and the south facing backyard were perfect for our combination "work/vacation".<br/><br/>The location of the property is walking distance from grocery/breakfast/sports bar...can't ask for much more.<br/><br/>Enjoy your stay....we did!
