This is our 3rd year staying at Brighton 1909 love location on the Beach Closeness to all local venues and golf course we play Condo can use a little updating but is clean and if we have any problems management is quick to respond and address Thanks to owners for sharing this great unit Have stayed on Kingston's property for last 12 years great location Hope to return next year

My husband and I enjoyed the rental unit. The check in was very convenient. The unit was spacious and clean.

Great condo. Great oceanfront view! Very roomy.

Well, it did not start out well. We arrived and found that they entire South Tower was undergoing air conditioning repairs. It was 80 degrees in our condominium. We contacted the rental office and they came by to check out the issue. We were relocated to a different condo. It was very nice. The property management company took care of us so our stay was not a total loss. We were bothered by the reduced hours for the pools and hot tubs. Also by the lack of any lounge chairs for the pool in the Brighton tower. We have stayed in the North tower in the past. We stayed in the south tower for this stay. I would recommend the North Tower or the Brighton tower. The South tower is dated and the overuse of air freshener is a little nauseating We moved into and out of condominiums a total of 6 times. Not what we wanted to do over the course of the week.

This vacation was a much needed vacation. Waking up each morning watch the sunrise. With the panoramic view we were able to move to the other side and watch the skyline as the sunset could not of asked for better layout.

We have been coming to Myrtle beach for several years. Kingston plantation is our favorite location and Brighton tower is one if their towers. Our condos location was the best with ocean front and rear view of complex which allowed us to view both sunrise and sunset offering great photos. The condo was clean nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked for ease in cooking which is important for lengthy stays. The manager made it easy for rentin, always communicated prior to coming ,and responded to a maintenance issue within an hour. It's close to tangerine outlets, Walmart, grocery stores and live entertainment as well as lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend to friends and family

This is a beautiful condo in Kingston Plantation. It was even better than we expected from the pictures. The rooms, bathrooms and living spaces are very large and there are balconies on all sides. The condo was clean and well maintained. The management company was extremely responsive and provided excellent service. The beach was beautiful and it was helpful to have the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. Kingston plantation is a great location, close to many restaurants and activities. Our only disappointment was that the Brighton Tower pool was closed during our stay unexpectedly.

We've been going to Myrtle Beach for a few years and by far, this was the best experience and place we've stayed. Easily accessible to food and things to do and private.

We had a great time, lots of save especially for kids. Only negative point was that checkout time was a bit too early at 9:30. Usually checkout times are around 10:30-11.

Lovely condo with tons of space for everyone!! The only issue was with the elevators. Someone got stuck in on of them twice and that was a scary thought! We used the service elevator and that one worked fine!
