I was looking for a nice place close to the beach and not too far away from historic downtown and this place was perfect. It's just a short walk to St Augustine beach through the gate. The condo is clean, well maintained and very comfortable . It's well equipped with anything one would need in the kitchen, and the beach. We came at Christmas time to celebrate our 35 year anniversary and enjoyed ourselves very much . We will definitely consider coming back if we come back this way again .
