We stayed at Base Camp for a wedding and were so comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. A very easy and comfortable rental experience.

That was MUCH appreciated and we would not hesitate to go back. It's a peaceful spot, nice and clean, and we spent a great deal of time in the residence.

This property was amazing. It is beautiful inside and out with wonderful amenities. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable . The sun deck was perfect. I’ve already rented the same place for spring break with my family.

This rental was perfect for our three families ! the kids stayed on the TV room with pull down bed and loved it! The Ledges community is the perfect spot with easy access to biking and running and the city trails. Snow Canyon Park is right near by and has walking trials that rival Zion! Well stocked kitchen for the cooks !

Location was away from the crowds yet close enough to drive to town to eat and go to Tuachanan. Wonderful pool to relax for a day too.

We had a wonderful stay in St. George this year. We have been coming down for Memorial Day for several years and this year was by far our favorite. Base Camp had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and bathrooms. It is a beautiful condo. The Ledges will be our choice from now on.

We have stayed in various Ledges units and have never been disappointed. Home was spotless, well decorated, beds were comfy and the teen/tweens loved the arcade unit. They requested we rent this unit again just for the arcade!

We love the Ledges! It’s our go to when staying in St George. The community is nice and quiet with plenty of activities to do. Our complaints are the beds. Especially the master bed. Very uncomfortable. Also, the cleanliness was mediocre. There were water bottles, pop bottles, and trash under the beds. There were clumps of blonde hair in the bathrooms. Other than those couple of things, I would definitely recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay at the Ledges very much. Only 4.3 miles north of town and easy to find. A great getaway for a family reunion.

We loved the location just outside the hustle and bustle of the city of St.George. The condo was clean, modern, and plenty spacious. It Aldo had some nice porches which we used every evening. Cqe had a lively stay.

Other than needing toilet paper, this home was perfect for our trip. Nice and quiet. Would love if there was a gym available :-)

Wonderful

Desert Rose provided everything we could have asked for in a vacation. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys, ages 7, 11, and 13. In the midst of the COVID pandemic, we really needed to escape the monotony and being pent up in LA. After a relatively short (6 hour) drive, we found ourselves able to stretch out and enjoy the multiple luxuries the Desert Rose had to offer. We were awed at how spacious and clean the place is. Everyone had their own bedroom, not to mention TV with cable and ROKU hookup. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is STOCKED with sturdy and well organized appliances, knives, all in a convenient setup with a great communal feeling. We enjoyed a beautiful outdoor Memorial Day BBQ on the patio with lovely mountain views outside our door. We took advantage of the games (mainly Pictionary) to pass the downtime. Everything was clean, new, well stocked and organized and easy to access, from the washing machine to the pans to the soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers. The owner simply thought of everything. Not to mention a well functioning thermostat and fans to adjust the indoor temperature to our exact needs. Decor was inviting and cute, and we had the perfect amount of interaction with neighbors. As far the greater area of St. George is concerned, we enjoyed upwards of 3-4 activities daily. We really squeezed it in over the long weekend, though we never felt that way. It was easy to get in and out of multiple trails with jaw dropping views. Along the nearby freeway we got our biking legs warm. From there, we adventured: Bearclaw Poppy Trail for seriously fun mountain biking; Red Cliffs Hiking Trail, Quail Creek reservoir, Kayenta Village and nearby Anasazi Park with trails revealing ancient Petroglyphs, Virgin River biking trail, Snow Canyon biking and lava caves, Glitter Mountain and more. Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for quality outdoor time in a beautiful location with all the amenities at a great price!

If your looking for a nice, quiet, modern place to get away from the city, but be close enough for entertainment this place is for you! We loved the convince of being in the outskirts of ST George, away from traffic but within 7 to 10min drive of grocery stores, bike shops, biking trails, and hiking trails. In regarding to the actual place, it can be summed up by saying the pictures do not give justice to what it really looks like. Place was super clean, easy to locate things, and fully loaded with all you can think of. We were worried about what to expect since we were planning to cook a few times, and didn't know what to take from home. We were amazed on all the stuff that it had, and literally all we had to buy was groceries. Overall amazing trip, perfect location, and place was perfect. The only downside I can see others needing is maybe more parking place for larger groups. We were able to make things work out with our long bed truck and suburban. Any more than that you'll need to park In front of other people condos.

This vacation home was very beautiful and well was extremely clean which is a plus, makes your stay more conformable. The house felt spacious and and bright with all the natural light. It has an onsite pool, very big hot tub and a Pickle ball court. It has a grill in the patio with a nice table and chairs, which was nice if you wanted to eat outdoors. We really enjoyed our stay and had an unforgettable experience there.
