Spent January and February 2023 at the Ledges in Back Nine Villa. This our 2nd winter stay at this condo and all went well again this year. Great location, plenty of room and a beautiful east facing living room to enjoy sunrise every morning.

Rented for January and February last 2 years, enjoyed our long stay at the Ledges. Condo was clean and well maintained. A nice outdoor side patio to enjoy the sun rise. May come back again next year.

Great vacation

Stayed for January & February and enjoyed our stay. The morning sun rise was beautiful and warmed up living room. Side patio was comfortable with sun all day for a nice winter get a way. Home was nice, would rent again.

We had a great time. I was worried that the Ledges were too far from Saint George, but now we love that side of Saint George the best. It's right next to Snow Canyon and pretty close to Saint George anyway.

This is the second time we stayed at Back Nine Villa and had a great time. The rental unit was immaculate and well stocked with essentials. Looking forward to returning here next year.

Great time in a beautiful home.

We rented three houses for our golf trip and played the Ledges, Copper Rock, Sand Hollow, and Wolf Creek. The houses were in great condition and were stocked sufficiently for our needs (with minor exception of no salt/black pepper; plenty of other seasonings though). I would recommend that ceiling fans be included in all bedrooms. Working with Dan Dekker definitely is a positive experience. Dan was very responsive to our requests and is greatly appreciated!

This property fit our 10 guests with ease. Great gathering spaces and plenty of room to claim as your own. TV's everywhere. The pool and hot tub were very nice and only a quick walk away. They were plenty warm even as we swam in late November. Pickleball courts are nice. Claim one when you see one. I liked that scenic drive up to the property. You feel like you are farther from town than you really are. Loved our stay.

A group of us girls has rented houses and played golf at the Ledges for a few years now. It has become an annual tradition. We love staying at the Ledges. The homes are lovely, spacious and above all, clean! The staff is most helpful in setting up our golf excursions and getting us information about the surrounding area. We enjoyed golfing at the Ledges for 2 rounds. It is a very nice golf course. I would recommend staying and playing at the Ledges!

Great for our group

The Ledges is an upscale, well maintained,scenic community. Everything seems nearly brand new. The management company staff were all very helpful & professional. We have stayed here before & will again.

Everything you need.

I arranged a golf get away for 4 of us. The villa has plenty of space to relax, with a spacious floor plan. The best is each person has his own bedroom and bath allowing for privacy. Its a wonderful place to stay close to St George UT and other day trip locations.

From ease of access to home, to location on course, to very well maintained and clean home, to fully stocked kitchen, to internet access, staff available by phone for any issues this was by far one of our most relaxing visits at any of the vacation rentals we have experienced.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice and appointed The Ledges units are. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. Golf was fantastic and great green fee prices. Highly recommend working with Dan and his staff.

Our townhouse at the Ledges was excellent. Well stocked and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was clean and updated, Dan was great on getting the golf set-up and the golfing and weather were fantastic!

Back Nine Villa was located on the 18th fairway. Great house with 4 bedroom suites and baths. We rented three houses for a golf group of 12. All homes were great and provided everything we needed. The area is awesome and golf was great.

Fantastic stay down in St George! Unit was new, clean and had a beautiful layout. Planning for the trip was super easy and Dan was really helpful and responsive. Golf course we chose were great and we'll stay here again on our next trip!

The Back Nine Villa was very impressive. Plenty of room, very comfortable and close to all the courses we played. Planning the trip up was extremely easy thanks to Dan, and everything went as expected- no hiccups. I would recommend this to anyone who is a fan of great great golf with unique course layouts and amazing views. The Villa was the perfect place to come back to and relax after a long day of 36 holes. Thanks again to Dan for setting it all up. We'll definitely be back.

The vacation rentals were very clean, spacious, and set up perfectly for our golf group. Having an individual bedroom connected to a bathroom was very convenient and made things much easier. Working with Dan Dekker was a great experience. Dan was extremely responsive throughout the planning process!

Four guys on a golf trip. Great to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and in excellent condition.

Perfect fit for my golf group

We have taken several "guys golf trips" to this area in the past but always stayed in Mesquite. I don't know what took us so long to discover this "gem" in St George, UT. Fabulous VRBO houses (we rented two 4 bedroom, 5 bath, across from ea other). Loved the golf and everything was soooo reasonably priced. Dan Dekker from the Ledges served as our coordinator... great guy, great job. He arranged golf with Mesquite courses, as well. (PS Buy your liquor on the way in Nevada)

All eight people had great time and were very pleased with accommodations.

From my first inquiry to the last night it was above and beyond my expectations. The villa was well equipped in al the rooms. However I would like to say that sharper knives and more variety would be more helpful. Dan Dekker was and is exceptional. He responded to my every phone call and text promptly and with great results. Kimberly also was very attentive and helpful. Everything about the villa was beyond anything I expected.

Great place!

The home we rented was perfect! Clean, well furnished, spacious and like new - it was perfect for our womens' golf trip. Each of us had a bedroom/bath yet plenty of room to congregate.

This is a super nice place. Very clean, well furnished and decorated, very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our kiddos, especially the littles with their own shallow wading area. We would stay here again for sure.

I have stayed here before and obviously came back that should say all you need to know. House well appointed. Well located if you are playing at The Ledges which we did twice, but still not too far from St George. The landscape is gorgeous. The pool and hot tub well we used them every evening!!

We enjoyed our time at The Back Nine Villa at The Ledges. The home was beautiful and spacious. it was clean and inviting. It was located close to hiking areas, which we enjoyed and not far from town where we dined. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation rental in the St. George area..
