We loved the apt and the location. Very clean, well equipped and everything worked. Appreciated the drivers who would drop us off in town or pick us up from the airport.

super for skiers loved all the concierge staff any thing we needed received quickly. our drivers from concierge were all very friendly the daily cleaning staff did a great job !!!

This is the best location in Aspen! And, the customer service was exceptional. We used Sarah at Gondola Resorts. It was a great experience.

The experience was professional from working wit the manager to the maids. Parking was easy. We would stay here again.

We had a great experience with Aspen Alps, the condo looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The service was phenomenal, everyone that works there is so nice! The cleaning ladies we awesome. And so sweet to my 2 year old. The drivers we always prompt and very kind and engaging. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

This place is excellent for our group.the room very clean and nice view. We really love to stay there We will be back for sure.

Clean, well equipped, close to the gondola and within walking distance to downtown. Clark's Oyster House a must for dinner.

Unit was excellently situated with easy ski in/out access and ample sunlight. Furnishing was baseline acceptable and functional. Obviously paying for location and not furnishings. Beds, linens and hot water were excellent. Only complaint was noisy abutting downhill unit that had TV on late evening and early morning at high volume clearly audible in our bedroom. Bathroom grouts were failing and dirty in some locations.

Great location, nice common areas, bring your own soap and shampoo.

Unit 407 has a nice layout, enough room for 4 people and is well-maintained and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are all properly-stocked and fully functional. There are very nice views from all rooms. The large bed in the main suite has a broken frame, but didn't affect our sleep. My son was stung twice by yellowjackets (?) that seem to live around the small table on the mountain-side upper deck, which limited our use of this feature. We enjoyed dips in (not-crowded) pool. There were three fairly-easy (downhill) routes to walk into town, but the (uphill) walks back to the unit weren't as easy, especially the third or fourth time each day.

My wife and I , along with our two adult sons stayed at Aspen Alps #407 in late September. We were pleased with this unit and would recommend these accommodations.<br/>-easy check-in with friendly staff on-site. They called after we settled in and asked if we needed anything.<br/>-clean unit: the staff came by and cleaned the unit after our first night of the two night stay. Similar to a hotel stay in that regard<br/>-great location - we walked into town daily, no need to drive<br/>-unit is easy to access from parking lot with no stairs to climb to get into unit. Bedrooms are on first level, each with a full bathroom . The kitchen & living room are upstairs along with a 3rd full bathroom - most other units are 2 bed/2 bath. Unit was clean , kitchen was set up for cooking and entertaining. Outstanding feature was the 3 outdoor decks, each with plenty of room.
