Modern Ledges was the perfect house to enjoy Thanksgiving with our family. So much to do nearby for the hikers and bikers in the group, while the 91 yr. old enjoyed relaxing in the sun and napping in the comfortable master bedroom. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything we needed was there for our enjoyment. The only suggestion we would make would be to have some lounge furniture on the patio off the master bedroom as that is the only area to enjoy the warmth of the sun during the winter months. We will definitely be back.

Nice rental, every bedroom with a bathroom was great

The unit was a perfect setup for our golf trip with four guys. Four en-suite bedrooms, kitchen with everything we needed to cook breakfast each day, and a comfortable living area to relax at the end of the day.

We rented this home for a month during January and February. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and the home had all the amenities desired. the only suggestion would be to have perishable supplies provided for a month rental in lieu of the typical week rental.

What a beautiful home located in a wonderful neighborhood! The Ledges is an ideal location in the St George area - not too far from town but far enough out of the city to enjoy the spectacular landscape and the star-lit sky. This home was tastefully decorated with beautiful decor and high-quality cookware, as well as nice linens and bedding. Also extremely well organized in terms of inventory. It was impeccably clean and so inviting to return to after a day of exploring this gorgeous part of the USA. It was the perfect "home away from home" when visiting St George. A shout-out also to Kimber for her exemplary customer service! Thank you! We will be back!

4 large Bedrooms with four ensuites make this home perfect for golfers. Televisions in every room and the fully equipped kitchen complete a great rental.

House is nice however, there were bulbs blown out in the kitchen; bedroom; the Shower door in the Primary bedroom (master bath) needs to be adjusted; the Couch is a bit warn. The freezer door on the refrigerator needs to be checked (staying closed). This is a nice home — just needs some “maintenance” love, care & updating.

Clean,comfortable house in a beautiful quiet setting. Close to hiking or walking. Great beds and open living space for just relaxing.

This property was awesome. Everything we could have wanted. It was clean, well stocked and all on one level.

The house was gorgeous (and spotless). Located right near main roads giving us easy commutes to all of the courses on our list. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Just wanted to throw a quick shoutout to Dan who is possibly the nicest guy ever and went above and beyond to get us set up in the best way possible. 12/10 trip thanks to him.

We had such a great time in st George at the ledges. The pools and pickleball courts were so nice. And the home we stayed in was so beautiful. So glad we got to stay there.

Wonderful clean modern townhome with plenty of room, well-appointed kitchen, all of the extras you need to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the four suites, pickle ball courts, golf course, club house, and nice neighborhood for walking. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Would recommend some blankets you wrap in. Yes, it gets cold in st. George in February.

Experience was seamless, from getting in the home to cleaning up and leaving. We've stayed at The Ledges before. Great area. Great amenities. Close to hiking. Great walking paths if you don't want to go to the trailheads. Pools are nice. This particular unit is very clean and very well appointed. It had everything we needed. Great patio upstairs to enjoy the views.

The house was so awesome and spacious. Plenty of room for all 4 couples. It felt so nice and new and high end. We also loved the pool and hot tub and the pickle ball courts. The proximity to Snow Canyon was also a plus, it is so beautiful up there. We rented bikes and road through the canyon. It was amazing. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

From the beginning of dealing with Dan and his associates it was an amazing experience. The rental unit and the amenities the first class, The ledges golf course and surrounding golf courses where in amazing condition and staffed with wonderful people. The only downside was and say that there was no convenience store nearby. That being said looking forward to returning.

This home was nothing but beautiful. So well appointed it honestly looked like a model home. The bedrooms so well decorated and beds incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom had a private bathroom with huge TV's. Kitchen had everything you would need with utensils, dishes galore, and pans like new. We have rented a number of homes but this was the best. Everything spotless and incredibly decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the roof patio by the side of the fire pit watching the sunset. The pickle ball courts were fun and the swimming pool and hot pool were great to have so closeby. WE would return in a heart beat.

We loved this place. It very clean, pretty, and well appointed. It was quiet and lovely. A good value. Will stay here every time we come to St George.
