We had a great stay at this house. The interior has been completely renovated top to bottom with lovely, stylish furnishings and design. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great - about halfway between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, right in winery country. We had a great trip!

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay in the Hill Country. It’s just minutes away from multiple wineries and great restaurants. Absolutely love the location.

House was clean upon arrival. check in and check out was easy. Some deferred maintenance is required. Master toliet seat loose, master shower head needs cleaning to increase water pressure, master ceiling fan is loose at the ceiling and out of balance. Hole is floor in 2nd bedroom in which you can see to the outside. Some animal has dug under the home, and you can hear them at night. Very close to Hwy 290 so you hear trucks. Master bath has only one sink so a little difficult to get ready for 2 adults. If you're staying very long, the master bedroom has limited drawer space for clothes.

Loved this location for visiting the wineries. Close to Grape Creek, Slate Theory, William Chris and Hye Meadow. Ubers are available but take a little while to get there so plan ahead.

The house was in great shape and perfect for the area we like to stay in. The sliding barndoor in the master bedroom to the bathroom will not stay shut and should be a simple fix. Kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking meals. We will stay there again.

The house was spacious and clean. It was also very well stocked. Although the view wasn't great, the location was close to the Rhinory and Fredericksburg so that was nice.

Great communication from the company and very responsive. The house was a great size for a girls’ weekend. Easy check in and check out. The home was clean and met our expectations; however, the water to the house had been shut off due to non-payment. The issue was resolved but there was no offer to compensate for the issue (except a bottle of wine which never happened). Again, great home and location.

Beautifully updated home located just a short drive outside of Fredricksburg in Stonewall. Our visit was short but very pleasant. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the back yard fire pit, family games, etc. that were provided. Host was easy to work with and the check out requirements are simple-load dishes, take out trash, unlike some rentals i have stayed at in the past that have a long list of things to do. I would recommend this rental!!!
