Wonderful, clean with a lot of amenities, we really enjoyed our stay here and it was perfect for our family of 5. The amenities and location fit our needs perfectly, we will definitely be coming back.

This was the second time that we used the Legends Group (lead by Dan and Kimba) for a buddies golf trip. Both years the accommodations and golf were superb. They handled all the details expertly and our accommodations were clean, attractive and very comfortable for all participants. Thank you once again for taking great care of us!

We have stayed in this unit 2 times and have loved it every time we have stayed. Very clean and the decor is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and we also like how 2 of the bedrooms have a king bed and private bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at various homes in Ledges numerous times and have never been disappointed. This home continued to be why we choose Ledges whenever we come to St. George. It was absolutely spotless with comfy beds and linens and wonderful natural light. The only thing I would mention is that the bunk loft is open to the windows so anyone sleeping there might wake up with the sun. But since there is so much to do in the area, it’s not necessarily a bad thing ;)

Fantastic location, well kept, clean inside and out! My children walked to the pool and pickle ball courts daily. I love that towels and pickle ball mallets are included. All the right kitchenware to feel like home away from home. Beds were comfortable, the list goes on and on... I look forward to coming back next year!<br/><br/> My only constructive feedback would recommend a real Keurig the single pot off brand did not work.

We spent 9 nights at this property and it was excellent! There were 3 couples in our group and we had lots of privacy and space. The house is very well equipped both indoors and outdoors. It was spotless and had comfortable beds and good linens. We took advantage of the pickleball courts around the corner, the golf course, and the restaurant there. All the facilities are excellent with friendly staff. We also used the ebike rentals and had a great ride from the property through Snow Canyon park. Zion National Park is within driving distance where there is world class hiking. There are also lots of beautiful golf courses within an hour of the house. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Our family enjoyed our stay here because it was clean and comfortable, as well as had nice decor! It is located close to snow canyon and 12-15 min away from the main part of town with groceries and restaurants. We recommend the stay and would come back to this location again.

This is amazingly decorated, and the owner has supplied anything and everything that you'd need throughout! It was comfortably away from the street noise. The deck was comfortable with good views! The only reason that we gave the cleanliness report a 4 is because the floor was sooo dirty. The feet of 7 of us were black and dirty within the first 5 minutes. Also most of the doors squeak loud enough to wake people up. But we loved our 2 weeks stay!!

We enjoyed these accommodations for our 18th annual girls trip. The property was absolutely gorgeous, spotless and clean. There was plenty of room to have private quarters and also a gathering space. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the patio for dinner and the upstairs deck for relaxing and conversation. One suggestion- It would be a lovely addition to have some skirt/pant hangers in the closet in addition to the standard hangers. The pool area was clean and the perfect temperature. The lounge chairs at the pool could definitely use an overhaul as they were sagging and extremely uncomfortable. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful location. Enjoyed staying at Adventure Awaits. Was clean and nicely furnished. Worked well for two couples with a king Bed downstairs and upstairs. The area is quiet and private. The Ledges golf course is fun and accommodating at the 19th hole. Playing Falcon Ridge is worth the short drive to Mesquite.

This unit was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay complete. Short walking distance to the pool. This was our third trip to St George and always stay at The Ledges.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean and very well decorated. The beds are comfortable and it is nice that it is located out of town.

We had a great stay at the Ledges - Happy Place. The home looked brand new, was in a great location, and had TVs in every room which our kids loved. Tried to find something negative to add and couldn't. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Happy Place. The house was great, beautiful, clean and met all of our needs. Our kids loved the pool and that is where we spent most of our time. Because we spent so much time there, it would be nice if they could provide more seating. Several of the chairs were broken. And more shade areas. Adding chairs and shade would make it a 5 star stay.

4 days of golf in St George and Mesquite

Amazing place with great views. Good location in the west part of St George for Snow Canyon State Park and the bike trail. Away from the busy/traffic area of the east side of St George. This townhouse was wonderful. So clean. Fully stocked, plenty of dishes, pots, towels, games, etc. It had everything we needed. Comfy memory foam bed in the master. Great roof top patio! Next time I'd get more groceries and not drive into town so much for dinner.

We came to St. George for a boys golf getaway and rented this unit in The Ledges. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again.

Our Vacation Rental with The Ledges in St George Utah was such a relaxing and wonderful time. The home itself was very functional. Anything we needed (pool towels, supplies, pickleball paddles, etc) was right there. We absolutely loved the upstairs fireplace area. That was a lovely spot to gather and talk with family and friends. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental. I would stay here again

Great place! Roomy, well-stocked, clean, and very comfortable. Lots of nice details. The pickle ball courts were fun to use and the pool was close and enjoyable. I enjoyed staying out by Snow Canyon and it's a close drive places around St. George.

When some family and I came here for a couples' weekend, we expected to find an affordable condo to serve as home-base for our stay in St. George. We found that and SO much more. The condo was immaculate--as in clean enough for heart surgery. Its decor is magazine worthy, and the comfortable beds gave everyone a good night's rest. Another pleasant surprise: its accessibility. Not only was the condo just minutes from downtown St. George, but we were able to walk to the Ledges clubhouse for dinner. Pickle ball courts (rackets/balls are provided) and a pool were within feet of the front door. Now we know why the owners named it "Our Happy Place." We will happily return here in the future!
