Very good experience all around. No surprises. House in great shape, a perfect layout for 4 golfers with each having his own BR and bath.
Beautiful condo and ideal location across from the pool and pickleball courts. The condo was clean and very spacious. We had more than enough room. It was the perfect home base for our long weekend. Loved it! The property management company was also very proactive. I never had any questions because they answered them all before I could ask! Haha!

Our vacation rental experience was great. The property was great for three family couples and a toddler. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The unit is directly accross the street from the hot tub, pool and pickleball courts. The couples enjoyed the hot tub several times and appreciated having pickleball raquets and ball to use. The location is great. It is a short distance back to town and easy access to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. We highly recommend the property and look forward to returning.
Beautiful large home. Right across from the pickleball courts and the pool and hot tub. Excellent communication with owners. Property was spotless and gorgeous.

The house was perfect for our golf trip. Located across from the pool and as advertised, just a short stroll from the 9th green to the clubhouse. We did have an issue with the HVAC system which was promptly addressed by maintenance. The owners have the thermostat set at 78 degrees and we were having to endure hot rooms upon returning from golfing until the system could cool the house to an acceptable temperature. This was my third time staying and playing at The Ledges and have enjoyed my stay every time. This is the first time I've had an issue, and appreciate the rapid response to correct the HVAC situation.
Excellent accommodations, very clean and well appointed! Location was great for all of our golf outings. Couldn’t have asked for a better package, have already recommended to a couple of friends and will continue to do so.
We have rented in the community several times. The house was conveniently located and had everything we needed. Very nicely appointed. We were able to walk to the pool and enjoy that too. We love renting at the Ledges.

It was a great rental property! Easy access to all courses played in the area. 4 bed room 4 bath rental was clean , spacious and well equipped for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay.
