This house is very well designed with lots of space. We loved that every bedroom had its own full bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was substantial and accommodating for our group. The house is just a short walking distance to the pool, the tennis center, the marina, the village of baytowne wharf and grand boulevard shopping center. We also enjoyed the 6 person golf cart. We had a wonderful time!

House was VERY clean, beautifully decorated and location was perfect !! We went everywhere on the golf cart ! We will definitely be coming back :) :)

Our family really enjoyed spending Thanksgiving week at this property. The setup was perfect for 6 adults with this 3 BR, 3.5 bath house. The house was very spacious, clean, & in a very convenient location. The free activities were an added plus. The golf cart really was utilized and helped to avoid holiday traffic in the complex. The included amenities of the golf cart, golfing, and gym made us want to rent through this company again.<br/>CONs--Storage was lacking in the primary downstairs bedroom and master bath. A dresser or closet would improve comfort.

The property was nicely updated/renovated with "fresh" and modern decor. All beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. The use of the golf cart was a very nice perk to get to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. We did have an issue getting in the door upon arrival, as the handle had to be pulled "up" instead of down which is what we expected, but the property management was able to assist via phone. The only other significant issue we had was the air conditioning, as it was extremely cold upstairs and there was a very noticeable temperature difference between the upstairs bedroom and all of the downstairs. The front bedroom was nicely decorated, but very bright (aimed right at the bed) both at night from the outside lights and in the mornings when the sun came up as there is no window shade on the top oval window. There was also no side table or shelf in this room next to the beds, so there was nowhere to place your phone and other items without going across the room to the wood shelf near the TV. I would recommend the property as it fit our general needs as a family of five.

Wasn&#x2019;t as excited about staying inland as opposed to previous stays on the beach. However, it turned out to be awesome! Golf cart to shops, pool, restaurants and marina as well as taking the tunnel to the beach. We did it all without fighting 98 traffic. Our place on Baypine Drive exceeded our expectations. Furniture was top quality. Not your typical rental. Golf cart was almost new. Everything was great!

We were in town for a work trip and had a great time! The kitchen and living room set up was perfect for a large group to be able to hang at the same time. Golf cart was great and made it easy to travel around Sandestin and Grand Boulevard Properties. Would most definitely recommend this place and will book again in the future!

This home is everything and more than the pictures!! It is a lovely home. The house is appointed with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We didn't cook as much as we thought we would, but if you would like l to the kitchen is fully equipped! The home is in excellent condition and is located close to everything. We plan to stay again.

Top notch vacation rental in Sandestin. When the only bad thing I can say is that I didn't want to leave you know you have a winner. Accommodations are 5 Star. The home is professionally decorated and Spotless. Very conveniently located to the village and pools, and the golf cart is great for easy beach access. Loved this rental and plan to be back next year.

Great house, great beach vacation! Been visiting SanDestin with our family for close to 10 years. This rental home was awesome - great location central to all amenities in SanD. Nice & roomy - had 2 of our college boys with us plus dog & plenty of room, even if our 2 other boys could have gone with us, there would have been plenty of sleeping space. House - great screened in porch, upper deck. Pool right next door, Near Baytowne, Beach, Marina, Publix shopping Center.
