To check in and get the door code, I had to stand in a slow moving line -- not so great an experience after an all day car ride with children. The pool had only recently been shocked, so we had to hold the children back from the pool and spa for a few hours -- thank goodness we just sent them to the beach right away. The refrigerators were not preset to cold, so the raw hamburger meat turned brown over the course of the first night. There were no kitchen condiments, not even salt and pepper or coffee filters. The oven vented onto the feet of whoever was cooking. There were no kitchen cabinet door knobs and no towel racks anywhere in the condo, so wet towels got hung over wooden furniture. The advertisement said the place accommodated up to ten guests. We had nine, but there were really only eight places to sleep. The ninth person had to sleep on the floor on a pallet of beach towels that we brought. There were plenty of pillows, but no linens for a ninth person. It rained one day, and water came into the street side bedroom through the wall and onto the floor. The a/c, the microwave, the dish washer, the clothes washer, clothes dryer, WiFi and TV all worked great. The location was superb and the inside was very clean.
