The location was great in regards to accessing local attractions and restaurants. The beach was within a 5-mile drive, but the inconvenience of having wet shoes with sand getting into your car was awkward. The unit was very nice, however, housekeeping didn't dust and clean them unit thoroughly. Had to spray down and wipe off dust and sweep under edges of sofa, chairs and beds. Why pay housekeeping??? And, if guest have children they should be placed on the first floor so that they can be allowed to be children and move around without the guest under you calling security to say the children are being too loud because of normal behaviors for their age. They're not adults, so why do they have to be made too set still???&#xD83D;&#xDE10; If they are normal, kids do play. Maybe people who aren't use to children or want complete silence shouldn't stay here or vice versa. Otherwise, the place was very nice and I would recommend it too family and friends for a vacation getaway. I plan to return again myself.<br/>

Great condo for our family. The property is clean and updated. Great location that&#x2019;s convenient to everything. The elevator was a plus since you&#x2019;re on the 3rd floor. I would stay here again.

We ended up here after the original condo we rented was unable to be used. The property manager sent us here quickly after our prior problems. The condo was in perfect condition, clean, and well maintained. It is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. The view of both the pool and golf course were a nice touch to look at during our morning coffee. Overall, it is as perfect as it gets. We will be looking at renting this specific condo again on future visits to Myrtle Beach.

If you are staying an extended period of time in Myrtle Beach, this should be your first and only option.

We came down for a family vacation in Myrtle Beach. The property was neat and well kept, quiet and located away from the hustle and bustle yet so close to everything we wanted to do. The property was just as pictured and described and it was absolutely perfect and overlooking to golf course. Great place to stay with family of 4. We were visiting for a softball tournament. Location convenient, condo clean with great amenities. Pool for each condo unit of 36 so no over crowding. View is beautiful and enjoyed cocktails on the deck. Rental agency was a pleasure to work with and handled details well. Extremely pleased and would rent again!

Very clean, nice décor, comfortable bed, great golf course view. Only negative was it would have been nice to have a few more kitchen wash cloths and towels.

SPOTLESS PROPERTY, GOOD LOCATION. RESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT. DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO WORK TV, MANAGEMENT WAS THERE IN LITERALLY 10 MINUTES.

This condo is from the 90s I think, but you'd never know it. It appears to have been recently remodeled and looks new. We were happy with the location with a walking path and a grocery and drug store nearby. Balcony overlooks the pool, and beyond that, a golf course. Communication with VacationMB was good, everything went smoothly. We were very happy with the rental. Recommended.

My husband and I recently stayed in this absolutely stunning condo for 10 days. Everything about this unit exceeded our expectations and was exactly like the pictures. The condo was immaculate, furnishings are beautiful, bed was super comfortable, there is a walk in closet in the master. I cannot say a single negative thing about this condo. Wifi worked fabulous. Check in/check out was super simple. We loved the view of the golf course (Myrtlewood Pine Hills)and the gorgeous pool from the lanai. While it wasn't super warm out we did get a couple mornings where we were able to enjoy our coffee/breakfast on the lanai watching the golfers, and drinks in the evening. We were able to lounge by the pool a few afternoons to soak up some rays, however the pool itself was not ready for swimming due to the time of the year. There is a Lions Food nearby for groceries, however I highly recommend going further up the highway to the Lowes Foods for a better selection/quality. There is a BBQ on the site by the pool, however it is charcoal if you plan to grill. The location of this condo was close to everything, Broadway at the Beach, PGA Superstore, restaurants and shops are only a 5 minute drive, yet far enough away from the hustle bustle of the tourist stuff of Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Will we rent again, I certainly hope so again next year. Thank you again for allowing us to rent your gorgeous condo, I seriously did not want to leave and can't wait to come back.

We were so pleased with our accommodations! Very clean, very beautiful and Affordable! We are excited about returning to this location very soon! Thanks to all who helped make this vacation enjoyable and for having such a beautiful place for us to stay.

This is very close to the area of Grande Dunes with lots of shopping and restaurants. We loved the stunning balcony view and enjoyed a thunderstorm on it without getting wet. It is very clean and has been thoughtfully renovated and decorated with high end finishes. No issues getting access. We liked lunch at the Golf Course Grill which has a water-view. My family commented that the twin mattresses were not comfortable. It's tempting to sleep with the balcony door open for a breeze so guests should read what the owner has to say about the A/C so it does not freeze up.

Great condo exactly as shown. The condo was clean and in good condition. We all loved the beds they were so comfortable. The location was perfect right next to the pool.

My wife and I had a great time at the beach and this condo was very much like the pictures. There is an elevator in this building which made move in/out a breeze. Condo was very clean and up to date with finishing's. View from balcony is exceptional.
