La Isla 206C has a king in the primary bedroom, and both guest bedrooms are each fitted with two full-over-full adult-size bunk beds, giving you 4 real beds per room and 9 beds total across the unit.
Add the pool, the fitness center, an in-unit washer and dryer, Smart TVs in every room, and a quiet family-oriented complex on the south end of the island — and this is one of the best value 3-bedrooms on South Padre Island.
The beach is about 5 city blocks away — an easy walk alongside the public access near Margaritaville resort. All South Padre Island beaches are free and open to the public. We recommend packing a beach wagon.
La Isla 206C sits on the second floor with elevator access, so no difficult stair hauls with beach gear or groceries.
The open-concept layout takes you from the front door straight through the kitchen and living area out to the private patio, which sits just beside the pool. That flow works naturally for families gathering after the beach.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook real meals — pots, pans, dishes, utensils — and the eat-in counter space doubles as a workspace if you need to knock out a few emails.
After the beach, wind down with a movie on the Smart TV in the living room or pull out one of the included board games for a proper unplugged night.
High-speed WiFi is included, though island internet occasionally has outages — have a hotspot handy if you have critical work. The in-unit washer and dryer is a convenience not every condo at this price offers.
La Isla feels noticeably fresher than most South Padre condos in this range. Not a brand-new remodel, but well-maintained, professionally cleaned between every stay, and up to date on all the things that matter.
SLEEPING (Max 8 Guests)
Primary bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom.
2nd bedroom: Two full-over-full bunk beds — 4 adult-size beds. Works equally well for families with kids, teens sharing a room, or two couples splitting costs.
3rd bedroom: Two full-over-full bunk beds — 4 adult-size beds. Same setup, same comfort.
Additional sleeping: Living room couch and an air bed with pump. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests including children and infants per HOA guidelines.
Clean linens, towels, and pillowcases are provided for all standard beds. Please bring your own bedding if you plan to use the couch or air bed.
We manage multiple units at La Isla — if your group is larger than 8, just reach out and we’ll get you set up with additional space.
OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES
The private patio sits just off the living room close to the pool area — a nice spot for morning coffee before the beach.
The complex pool is a genuine highlight: well-maintained, relaxing, and great for letting the kids burn off the last of their energy before dinner.
There’s also a fitness center for those who want to keep up with their workout routine on vacation.
BBQ grills are not permitted at the property, but charcoal grilling is allowed on South Padre Island’s public beaches.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
La Isla sits on the quiet, family-focused south end of the island, with some of the best restaurants on SPI within walking distance. Sea Ranch is an island legend for semi-fine dining in the marina — family-friendly and worth it. Mahi Nic’s has the best fish tacos on the island and a social media following to prove it.
Dirty Al’s is the go-to for fresh, never-frozen fried shrimp and oysters. Beach Park SPI — the former Schlitterbahn waterpark — is also walkable, though since parking there is free, driving is still worth considering.
PARKING
Two off-street parking spaces are included. Street parking and additional guest parking are not available within the complex. If you need a second overflow option, the nearby post office or Gulf Blvd public street parking are your best bets.

This is a clean, well-maintained walk-to-beach 3-bedroom condo — not a beachfront property and not a new luxury remodel. The beach is 5 blocks, not across the street.
We want your expectations set accurately so your stay exceeds them. The biggest advantages here are the bed count, the cleanliness, and the pool — and the pricing reflects the honest value of all three.

Primary guest must be 25 or older. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required before check-in. Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no exceptions.
