WHAT WE PROVIDE:
• Linens and Towels: Sheets and beach and bath towels are provided.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic appliances. Guests should bring their own food, spices, and specialty items.
• Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher detergent. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.
PARKING:
Only passenger vehicles may be parked within the Village. The HOA prohibits boats, trailers, campers, and commercial vehicles except temporarily in the overflow parking area. No parking is allowed on Village streets. Overflow parking is available for condos requiring more than two vehicle spaces. If you plan to rent a golf cart, please inquire in advance, as the HOA requires a paid permit for golf cart parking and availability is limited.
BEACH ACCESS:
Guests of The Village have access to two nearby beach access points. The first is located on Blue Lupine Way at the Blue Lupine Condominiums, and the second is the Blue Mountain Beach Public Access.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the porch.
