This location hd EVERYTHING needed to be home away from home! It was very clean, plenty of room! Tvs in each bedroom we’re nice to allow some quiet time when needed. Having satellite tv was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen was very well stocked! We’ve Always had to buy kitchen stuff when we’ve stayed- but not here! I would definitely recommend and will return to this location! You will not be disappointed! Communication with owners was excellent (but we didn’t have the need).

Really fabulous accommodation; clean and with everything (and more) that we needed! Lovely views out the front and back of the property. We enjoyed the hot tub by the pool. We found some great games in the cupboard to play when it was snowing outside. We’d definitely recommend!

No complaints - nice to have some golf clubs available for us to use. Saved us from spending $$ for rentals.

We enjoyed our stay at Ledges and loved the surrounding area. Beautiful scenery and very comfortable place with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable and exceeded all of our expectations. We will stay again.

Our stay at the Ledges Vacation Rentals was excellent. We were participating in men's softball tournaments in Mesquite and St. George while we stayed at Ledges and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in what felt like home. Very comfortable, amenities were excellent, and the rooms were very spacious. Full baths in each of the 4 bedrooms was a must for our crew.

Five friends spent the week in Saint George hiking and biking- the villa was the perfect spot for our stay. Beautiful decor, spotless, and we loved the four bedrooms all with adjoining baths! Great outdoor area facing the golf course side although we were too busy to use it! We would definitely return and recommend it to others. And we had a very nice dinner at the Rock fish grill patio and a beautiful sunset.

This condo/home has absolutely everything! Washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms. Rooftop sitting area with a fir pit. Great kitchen. Mounted USB plugs on the bedside tables. Really nice, new and spacious. My only complaint is with the restaurant and not this condo. The phone number is wrong and there is no way to call the restaurant and order.

The property was just as described and very beautiful! We had easy access to several of the popular parks and popular destinations in the area. The ledges is a very well kept and lovely community with great amenities. Our unit was thoughtfully appointed and even included golf clubs!

We enjoyed it very much. The rental was clean and served us all very well. We will definitely rent the same place again.

Beautiful property! I am guessing that it is brand new! The property was further outside St George than we would have liked, but it is a nice area. My boys loved that it was right by a Golf Course and took full advantage of that. There's just not really anything super close as far as a grocery store or gas station etc. We had some issues with the upstairs bathroom leaking into the master bathroom. The property management was quick to respond and remedy the situation but it still left us not able to use of the bathrooms for one of the days we were there. Slightly inconvenient when you have 5 boys, but I was pleased with the quick response time once I got through to the Property Management.

Had another great experience staying at the ledges. Location is perfect for us and everything at the resort was perfect. Wanted to have a family meal at the club house and made a reservation requesting a table by the fire pit. When we got there everything was set up by the fire with a great view of the sunset. Meal and service could not have been better. Highly recommend.

Nice property with everything you need and plenty of space for 3 couples. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels for everyone. Would stay here again my next trip to St George area.

Brand new. Nicely decorated. Nice development. Enjoyed the outdoor rooftop patio with gas fire pit.
