This home is beautiful and fully stocked with everything needed to have a wonderful stay. We will be booking again.

The Ledges is a cool little community, still very much under construction. The home, the 19th hole, was beautiful. It had everything we needed, is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The community is about a 10-12 minute drive outside of the main St. George areas, but easy to get to. We would definitely re t this home again.

This HOUSE was beautiful—a complete Joy to stay in! The owners spared no expense ... we Will most certainly choose it again & again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equiped home. The beautiful October weather, peaceful neighborhood, and serene interior helped make our adult getaway a success! FYI: one thing that needs attention: we couldn't get one of the sliding LR doors to lock.

Absolutely beautiful home, very clean, excellent layout. Would definitely rent this home again. Homeowners did a fabulous job. Not on the golf course. Lots of construction in the area and the trucks are rolling by the house at 6 AM. Saw black widow spiders in the grill and in the garage. Couldn't get the grill to work, either. The toilet in the casita ran if you didn't giggle the handle. The toiled set was up and urine in the toilet on arrival.<br/>Only issue was with the the property access. On arrival found that the provided keypad code didn't work. Called 3 times and left messages with Kimber (property manager) while standing outside, to get access. She finally called back, said she couldn't head over as she was at the pool with her son. Gave me another code over the phone and said she would send a workable code later. Little unnerving driving 5 hours only to find you're locked out with no immediate access to property management. Gaining access/functionality to property on arrival is first priority and when it doesn't work there needs to be an immediate response. <br/>The gym/pool area was very close and convenient.

Every need you would have was taken care of in this gorgeous and immaculate home. The neighborhood is peaceful and very close to everything you will need

The house was great! We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one had more than anything we needed to cook and everything was provided for. We only need to get a couple of staples (for us) to use and left them there. They even had everything labelled to know where to put everything back.

The entire process was great. Booking was incredibly easy and the whole check in and check out was a breeze. The house was amazing and was perfect for our group. This was also surprisingly the most economical place for the location! Definitely recommend this house!

The house was wonderful for entertaining and we enjoyed the pool and workout area. It is convenient and the service was excellent.

The 19th Hole at The Ledges is a beautiful home. My dad and I come to St. George every year to golf and we were almost upset we played so much golf and didn't get to enjoy the home as much. It is truly top of the line.

Great house, condition, and location. Only issue was many flies in house.<br/>Golf part was disappointing due to course conditions.

The rental home was terrific, with just a couple minor items that needed to be fixed. It's within walking distance of the golf pro shop. We greatly enjoyed our week at the Ledges, which is an outstanding community. However, we thought it odd that when we called the management company to find out the location of the pickle ball courts, the representative didn't know the answer. Otherwise, the management company was helpful and very efficient. The St. George area is well worth the drive from Las Vegas.
