This place was magical. The "things to do" board was so great. I accomplished each one. The "No Drama Llama" was the best.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the unit had everything that we needed to have a great stay. The unit was very clean and spacious for the group of us that were there. The only thing that we had a problem with was the water heater wasn’t on when we’re got there and so we had to turn that on before we got any hot water. That wasn’t that big of a deal though because we had hot water within an hour of lighting the pilot light.

We loved our time at the Spitting Llama. Well decorated and beautiful home. Our daughters thought the beds were really comfy! Loved being right across the street from the pool. Would stay again.

Had a great experience with our stay. The spitting Llama is the lodge we stayed at for the ledges. It offered plenty of space, great view of their golf course, and great view of the community on the other side. Very close to downtown St. George. <br/>We all had a great experience and plan to come back.

The location was great, the accommodations were clean and true to photos online. Only grievances were that the dryer and grill did not work properly. There was also water constantly leaking from a pipe on the backside of the property (the neighbored were not). Overall fabulous place, I plan on returning in the future.

This was a great place to stay, well furnished with everything we needed, handy pool and easy access to get to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. Loved it.

The Ledges is a great place to stay if you are coming to St George. It is about 5 miles north of downtown and is really self-contained. There are pickleball courts, a heated swimming pool and hottub, real nice golf, and even e-bikes for rent (with tons of paved and off-road trails). The unit is like many in the neighborhood -- most being rented out. It backs up to the golf course and has outdoor seating areas on the 2nd floor and the main floor with great views. The rooms are really clean and all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the family room is big enough for everyone to sit. There is a 1-car garage, which we didn't use and room for 1 car in the driveway. This is WAAAAYYY better than staying in a hotel, and easy in and out using a key code (which is provided right before you arrive). Definitely would stay here again.

What a beautiful home! Everything was top notch and I would definitely go back. The Llama theme was cool.

My wife and I had an exceptional stay at Ledges. Peace and serenity would be two words to describe our stay. The rental was clean and accommodating and a scenic location with the 18th green in sight from the patio. I may dust off my clubs for next time. All in all we had an enjoyable stay in St. George thanks to Ledges Vacation Rentals staff for providing excellent service before and during our stay.

My family loved this home. It was next to the pickleball courts which was a big hit. It was also fun to watch the golfers play the last green. We had so much fun and will definitely be back again.

Loved this house and the location. You literally have everything you would need all ready for you at the rental- from step stool for littles to wash their hands to kitchen items and bathroom and pool towels and lots of extra throw blankets and pillows. Absolutely would recommend if you are in the St George area!!! The pool was amazing and really just gave us the best vacation spot to come back to after exploring all day to relax!!!!

Relaxing, gorgeous, adventurous!

This is our new favorite place. We loved the community amenities and the location by Snow Canyon was perfect. The house was very clean and decorated so cute I didn't want to leave.

The property is beautifully maintained and clean. I've never stayed in such a thoughtfully appointed home--completely stocked with anything and everything you might need. Our only issue was that the "heated" pool was not so heated, but there's a massive hot tub that all can enjoy. Would definitely return.

We liked the decor and layout of the condo. Perfect amount t of seating for 8 of us to eat and we used the large kitchen well. It was nice to have two living room options, we used both. We would have liked a bigger couch, possibly a sectional in the main living area. The bathrooms were nice but a little cramped, we missed a door on the master bathroom and we needed more towel racks or hooks throughout. It was a fabulous setting being right on the golf course and Snow Canyon as well as so close to pickle ball and the pool. It is a bit remote from St George.

We had a wonderful time in St. George and staying at the Spitting Llama certainly contributed to it. The condo was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The location is just across the street from the swimming pool and pickle ball courts...very convenient.

The Spitting Llama was a great place for us, we all enjoyed it, including the kids!! It was spacious and clean, the layout of the house was great! We loved star gazing on the balcony at night!! Great place!!

We booked the Spitting Llama for a girls week and had the most fabulous time. You can tell it is someone's vacation home and doesn't have that hotel feel at all. The house itself has nearly everything you need and the front balcony is great for morning coffee and the back is great for evening shade. All of the linens were fantastic and we loved how many pool towels were provided. The property was also great and we played pickleball for hours a day. Our only complaints were it seemed that the property had quite a bit of trash in the bushes and the pool needs to have a ton of umbrellas! There is very little coverage from the heat and it would be nice to have more shade. Our firealarm did go off one night from low battery but Kimber is amazing and got it completely taken care of. Thank you for a great stay!

The Spitting Llama condo at the Ledges is a lovely vacation property. The condo is comfortable, charmingly decorated, and situated directly across from the pool and pickle ball courts. The only disappointing experience we had was in the quality and amount of the poolside furniture. Several lounge chairs were broken and there was not enough seating at the pool.

Enough space for our whole family and awesome activities to enjoy! Love the decor too!

Loved the property!! Very clean and comfortable. The location is right next to the pickleball courts and swimming pool. Three nice rooms and so great place to stay with friends.

The Ledges is a great clean place with many rental available. We stayed at the spitting llama which was clean and in a great location. Down stairs Master was roomy and Private. The patio was a great place in the late evening for a bbq and amazing views of the golf course and mountains during sunset. We will be back when in St. George.

We had a wonderful time at The Spitting Llama at The Ledges. The townhome is beautiful and well appointed. It overlooks the 18th green and is within walking distance to Clubhouse and driving range. The pool and pickle ball court are directly across from the townhome. Trailheads to beautiful hikes are within minutes. We rented electric bikes through the Ledges resort and had a great time riding for miles on a paved trail overlooking Snow Canyon which is directly across the street from the development. Our time at The Spitting Llama was the perfect getaway!

Great place, no issues with directions, very kid friendly, everything was like in the listing and very clean

We wanted a private spot for a quick stop on our road trip, and this totally fit the bill. Our only complaint was that cleaning could have been better--lots of dust, old food etc. under the couches.

We had two couples for a golf week get away and found the condo clean and well appointed. Everything as advertised and very enjoyable. The pool/spa/pickleball courts across the street and the pro shop and restaurant a short walk on we the cart path. We would definitely come again. We enjoyed multiple courses in the area as well as excellent restaurants locally.

Nice place. Very quiet. I had no direct interaction with the staff, but things turned out ok. Everything seemed to work. The thermostats seemed to have a schedule on them that would change the setpoints. This was our destination. The hot tub and pool were nice, I would like to see some extended hours. Thx

Very clean, beautifully decorated, organized, and well stocked! We loved this property! We loved the grill on the back patio, the pickle ball set to play on the pickleball court, the location, and set up of the unit. Everything was perfect for our stay. Thank you for everything!

We recently stayed at the Spitting Llama at The Ledges Golf Club for the third time. This unit is well appointed and maintained, plus offers a beautiful patio area that overlooks the golf course and mountains. The master bedroom is on the main floor and there are two additional bedrooms upstairs. It is conveniently located close to the community pool and pickle ball courts. We really enjoy this unit and plan on returning again next year.

Lovely appointed property. The owner clearly cares about the guest experience in this "like new" unit. Loved backing to the golf course and views.Kitchen is well equipped. Property manager was very accommodating and highly responsive to requests. A wonderful place to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!
