Overall a good experience. Loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars. Plenty of clean and functional bathrooms. Wished for more places to hang up wet beach towels. Kitchen appliances were clean and easy to use. Wished for better stocked supplies, including dish soap, salt, pepper, dish rags, muffin tin. Kitchen has limited counter space, which made food prep a little tricky, but doable. Living room area felt a bit small with our family of six. Couch has a damaged leg that is currently supported somewhat precariously by a wooden block. It's OK, but we knocked it over a couple of times. Two tables provided plenty of space for eating, games, puzzles. Bedrooms generally satisfactory. The room with two bunkbeds is quite cramped. Only two of our kids stayed there, so it was fine, but it would have been more difficult to fit four people in there with their clothes and belongings. Love the location near beautiful snow canyon; it feels somewhat removed from the hubbub of the city, but you can get to the city in 5 minutes. Some of floor mats and rugs seemed liked they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Enjoyed the art on the walls, including an impressive large-scale yarn reproduction of Arnold Friberg's painting of Moroni. The garage has pickleball equipment.

We had a nice vacation there at Ledges. Pros: Nice area. Close to nature activities. Beautiful scenery. Quiet. Loved the hot tub. Well stocked with all the supplies we needed. Comfortable. Cons: Garage small. (Only a small car would fit) Stairs up were long because of high ceilings. TV in family room and one bedroom were not on dish and we couldn't get it to be. Sheets/towels were a bit dingy and rough. Overall a great, fun experience.

Was a nice getaway for the weekend. Nice, roomy, house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for many guests.

We stayed up here for my wedding! It was perfect. My groomsmen stayed here with me and my wife had her own rental. It was so nice being able to be close enough to each other, but still far enough away to where we had our own fun before the wedding. Being so close to the venue was awesome and less stressful than if we stayed at our house in st. George. Perfect staycation and we plan to visit again!

This condo is perfect for a family. Plenty of room with bedrooms conveniently located throughout the house. The hot tub desk is perfect to relax after a day of exploring and sports.

Well appointed townhouse, clean and good location. Only negative was that spa control pad did not work, so we were unable to change temp and turn in jet settings. Ledges golf course is immaculate with welcoming employees.

The home is beautiful, modern, and clean. The furniture and decor is lovely. The location is right next to Snow Canyon State Park which I would highly recommend visiting. It is a a bit of a drive to downtown St. George (about 10-15 mins depending on traffic) so if you're going to be going back and forth several times a day it could get annoying. The master bedroom's bed is a bit stiff but if that's not an issue for you, you should be fine. The keypad to check-in is a bit tricky and gets stuck. Also, if you cannot tell from the photos, there are two neighbors' balconies on either side of the your balcony. The primary reason I chose to rent this property is due to the hot tub on the balcony. However, every night we were there the neighbors were on the balcony from sunset until after 1am when we went to sleep. That was quite frustrating. We would've gone earlier to "beat them" to the spot but that would require using the hot tub when it's about 110 degrees and sunny... not enjoyable. Their hot tub is also directly next to this hot tub so you would be about a foot away from them with zero privacy if you go out at the same time as them. The view from the backyard patio is beautiful and looks out directly to the golf course. At night the stars are gorgeous. We would visit again in a heartbeat.

Found out if we booked through the actual ledges website that it was $50 cheaper than VRBO. We got into town at 2 PM and check in wasn't until 4 PM and they let us in early with no extra charge. Decor was based on the LDS religion. I assumed that this place had a gym but they don't, which was fine . Never used the community pool or hot tub because it was snowing and under 40°. The best part about this condo in the winter is it's personal hot tub on the deck, which we used twice a day during our stay. Loved that the unit was brand new and felt like home instead of staying in a hotel room. There were, I am assuming, FLDS members, in their long dresses walking around the neighborhood, they were friendly and waved and said hello. The beds were comfy and this unit did have Beach towels in it but I'm not sure if you're supposed to use them because it says no towels from the unit at the pool? It did have body wash or shampoo and conditioner in each shower so if you forgot to pack that it's available there. Overall I would stay there over a hotel room any day. There were some potato chips in the living room on the floor in the couch when we got there and some of the plates in the cupboard I'd like a film on them but for the most part the unit was really clean. And this place is 10 to 15 minutes away from anything.

Great condo to stay in near St George. We especially loved the private hot tub on the balcony. Back yard is the to golf course and the kids loved watching rabbits out the back window. Would definitely come back!

Awesome golf course villa

We were looking for somewhere to go for a quick vacation, and after a lot of searching we found The Ledges. We looked at several cities in the west and hotels were going to be $300+ a night for some cramped hotel room. We got a house at The Ledges for less money and it was an amazing place to stay. My family loved being in a house instead of a hotel, and they loved the amenities. The pool was great, we loved the private hot tub, and the house was clean and well kept. The description was very accurate, the customer service was great, and emails were promptly answered. We went to Tuacahn one evening, which was great, and just saw local attractions the rest of the time, like the LDS Temple. The property is about 15 minutes from downtown St. George and Tuacahn. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the St. George area, and I am going to try and plan a future family reunion that includes a stay at The Ledges.

This condo was perfect for the 6 adults we had! And wasn't too far from Tuacahn theater or restaurants. We had a great time!!

My wife and I stayed down here for a few days and it was amazing. The beds were incredibly comfy, it was a neat, modern place to stay in, and the stargazing you could do from the jacuzzi on the deck was incredible. We also were only a 5-10 minute drive to snow canyon and some beautiful hikes. Wonderful experience, and would definitely recommend.

Great condo - very clean & comfortable

Clean house well stocked, my only complaint would be the hard mattress' and loud AC, nights were a little rough the days were amazing!

The condo was clean and inviting. The amenities were great. Our stay was very nice and we would consider renting here in the future.

We loved the house and had a wonderful experience. The home is well decorated and was fully stocked with things we needed. We loved the location and the pool area.

The directions and instructions from Property Managers were easy to follow. Close enough to enjoy restaurants and activities in town, but far enough that it was peaceful and wonderful views. This Unit has a great feel to it. The furnishings were all high-quality and comfortable. They had everything you would need during your stay. It felt like home and everything was very comfortable and classy. Ours was a quick stay, but we left wishing we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities. There were Pickleball courts and a nice Pool area, and a private hot tub on the deck. Definitely a 5-star experience. Thank you!

This home was everything we needed for our family gathering. The only thing that was not to our liking was the small garbage can in the kitchen. It really needs a tall can. The beds in all the rooms are very comfortable. Plenty of towels & linen in each room.
